I actually likee,, used to nest in that traditional sense. Also when i was much younger, but just a few years back cuz my bed was different. Now it‘s more I shove myself up into the corner of my bed and against the wall until im surrounded by my pillows sjshjsj

and i dont really decorate unless plushies (and water bottles) count….. i have. a LOT of plushies. at my mother‘s and my father‘s ….

although maybe my flags & other wall decorations can count to it, they‘re hanging surrounding me and those are pretty !!!

I mainly just decorate my nests with plushies too and pretty blankets!

My other bird-like habits are basically just…normal bird stuff I suppose? I chirp and coo at other people, I subconsciously preen myself and fluff my wings, I like to perch a lot and be up high, I fidget with things with my mouth/beak, and I like to flap my hands!

Preening others is something I ADORE doing (with consent of course), because it’s something I find extremely intimate and personal to do with another person, and I like showing others I trust them! I also like to give kisses and stuff to others!

You can enjoy things in fiction that would be awful in the real world. Like playing a murderhobo in a game! In the real world, being or supporting a murderer-thief would be pretty damn awful, while in the game it's just good fun. Same with anything else you choose to do with the pixels on the screen, like kinks that don't affect anyone real, so they're okay in fiction, but would be pretty damn bad in real life.

No one else is responsible for your online experience. That's exactly what you'd call it.

There's multiple issues. The first being a breach of consent. A corpse, which is a being that used to be alive, cannot consent to the acts inflicted upon it.

While some may argue "what if they consent before they die?", there are additional factors to be had.

The first is disease. Desecration of a corpse poses risk of extracting some pretty serious diseases towards the individual committing the act.

The second is psychological affect. PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues run rampant in those who work with death, such as morticians. This is because exposure to death is traumatic.

Morticians and other jobs are an admirable thing, because they must be done - corpse desecration, on the other hand, is not a necessary job, and it would be immoral to allow a person to perform an act that will more likely than not traumatize them. Corpse desecration is an act of self harm.

Even if a person believes they will be mentally fine with it in theory, that doesn't really reflect reality. It is like a person who genuinely believes they would be okay if they were taken hostage or raped or some other traumatic situation. What a person believes would work out in fantasy is not really an accurate depiction of how their mind would handle it in reality.
