ID: a flag with five horizontal stripes, the middle one being very thin. Their colors are, from top to bottom, dark orange, orange, orangish white, brown and dark brown. In the center is a symbol ressembling a circle with six spikes. /end ID

Ay'lonit hamah: a mullerian person which (usually during puberty) doesn't develop estrogenized traits, who develops androgenized traits, who has no/underdeveloped or dysfunctional internal reproductive organs or is infertile.

Note that this is just my *personal* attempt to define ay'lonit hamah, this definition isn't carved in stone. Even though adam and hamah are mostly used along with saris, as described by gendertreyf, it isn't meant to be exclusive to saris.

This term is of a physical nature: they depend upon your physicality, and serve a legal purpose in Judaism. However, anyone Jew can use these terms, regardless of their spiritual practice.

Jewgender is a Jewish culturally-exclusive xenogender, meaning you may only use this term/flag if you are Jewish (inclusive of patrilineal Jews, secular, converts, etc - a Jew is a Jew!). Credit for use of the flag in pfps, banners, etc is appreciated but not necessary. Please credit back to this post if you make edits of or take inspiration from this flag! Goyim/non-Jews may interact and share, but please do not use or clown in the reblogs/replies. Someone who identifies as Jewgender may do so for any number of reasons, Including but not limited to:

Feeling connected to one or more of the eight genders/sexes listed in the Talmud, including both adam and hamah. Someone who identifies with multiple of the listed sexes/genders may do so due to gender fluidity, intersex identity, or other personal experiences.

Feeling connected to Jewishness itself: be it culture, religion and/or secularism, social justice, history, etc. This gender indicates a deep tie to Jewishness at your core, inherently intertwining itself with your gender and the way you carry yourself through the world.

As a punk/alternative gender - to piss off transphobes, goyim, etc.

All of the above, or another reason entirely. Again, a Jew is a Jew!

have been thinking about intersex stuff a lot today because, yknow, that's where my brain is at apparently (probably not related to the mold i drunk accidentally dw about it)

realised i actually kinda vibe with ay'lonit as a label because it's closer to how i feel my gender is primarily about both my culture and intersex condition (instead of being about white perisex norms of trans identity) and the slight femininity of the suffix is accurate to the echoes of femininity that are part of how i do masculinity. probs gonna make a jewish intersex flag tmrw when i can get to my ipad cuz that would be cool idk

Arin wanted a bimbo-gendered flag so. Who am I to tell him no. The rest that aren't recent requests are the ones I've had for a while. Also I know Furries aren't alterhuman/otherkin etc but I saw it while looking and threw it in there.

My first go. For sure not a final draft. A flag for Jewish gender diversity. Each color stands for one of the 6 genders listed in the Talmud. A. The Aleph ( א) stands for Androgynos (androgynous). It also stands for Adamah which means earth, and comes from the word dam which means blood (red). It is the first letter in the name adam which means earthling. Adam according to the talmud had both sexes and was an androgynos. Aleph is also the first letter of the alphabet so I put it on the far right where Hebrew begins B. The Hamsa upright is for protection (other way around is for abundance) and it is for Aylonit, or feminine person that takes on masculine characteristics. It is also a symbol which connects all middle eastern and north African peoples C. The olive branch is for the Saris or masculine individual who takes on feminine characteristics, in the torah it is said that a saris is not "a dry tree" so I chose here to show a branch fruitful with peace and abundance. D. the upright triangle is for Zachar meaning masculine, it comes from the word zachor meaning memory or name (like on a family tree) so it is green to denote a tree E. The purple triangle is for Nekivah or feminine but it is also reminiscent of the Holocaust (pink triangle which LGBT people were forced to wear) a trauma all Jewish people share with all LGBT people. By shading it purple I reclaim it as a bridge color between man and woman, Jew and gentile, blue, and red F. The star of David is for Tumtum or for one who is neither masculine nor feminine. It is a combination of both triangles. The talmud tells us that Sarah and Abraham were born Tumtums and it is their line with which all Jewish people trace themselves according to legend.

color meanings:

red is for femininity/being assigned female!

yellow is for being intersex!

blue is because we're jews babey!

the black circle is the intersex symbol as well, just not in its usuak purple!

zachar: derived from the word for a pointy sword, this term refers to a phallus. it's usually translated as “male” in english. (perisex)

nekevah: derived from the word for a crevice, this term likely refers to a vaginal opening. it's usually translated as “female” in english. (perisex)

androgynos: a person who has both “male” and “female” sexual characteristics. there's 149 references in Mishna and Talmud and 350 in classical midrash and jewish law codes. (intersex)

tumtum: a person whose sexual characteristics are indeterminate or obscured. there's 181 references in Mishna and Talmud and 335 in classical midrash and jewish law codes. (intersex)

ay’lonit: a person who is identified as “female” at birth but develops “male" characteristics at puberty and is infertile. 80 references in Mishna and Talmud and 40 in classical midrash and jewish law codes. (intersex)
