do you have any bruollie headcanons (either ship or not ship)? i'm writing a silly goofy fic where batman reveals his identity to ollie by making out w him in front of the entire justice league (based on a tumblr post) and i'm a firm believer that they're not dating or even friends with benefits. they just make out sometimes. for funsies

They are perfectly matched when it comes to kissing ability; it makes it an instant identity reveal for both of them if that ever comes up.

In that vein…Ollie is one of very few people on earth who retains the ability to pull an inadvertent noise out of Bruce when kissing. The converse is, of course, Bruce is one of the only people who knows how to shut Ollie up.

They both have similar reflexes when it comes to tracking objects/projectiles, though Ollie is a smidge faster (he says it’s because of Bruce’s lenses)

(this is my hc but whatever) Bruce insists that Ollie has “archer’s eyes” a term he learned from Alfred and has great respect (read: apprehension) for. it’s shorthand for eyes that very rarely miss things — projectiles, details, emotions, etc.

They team up at relevant public events to cause distractions/etc, but sometimes all Ollie needs is a back off look from Bruce, and he’ll simply watch from the sidelines (which he enjoys, up and until he spots a new injury or hidden brace).

Ollie is light enough (comparatively) for Bruce to lift up or launch into the air during missions. He also uses Bruce as a brace for firing/throwing things and Bruce just grunts and lets it happen.

Bruce prefers Ollie for stakeouts because after the first hour of mindless chatter, he really settles deep into silence and just watches. And after that, he’s patient for hours more than almost anyone else, save the Batfamily.

Bruce, Ollie and Dinah all in one room creates a very charged atmosphere and they all instinctively try to avoid it if there’s another option.

If you make anything that has Oliver and Bruce being friends in any way, then I'm on my knees begging you to let them be actual friends!

I want them to be able to say two words to each other and for the other to know immediately what they mean because its a long running joke between them

i want one of them to get the Look from the other after saying/doing something that's so stupid but they can't acknowledge it or they're going to breakdown laughing

i want Oliver being always willing and able to fist fight Alfred at any given moment

Bruce having opinions on Dinah but never saying them because her and Ollie are never broken up for very long

i want them to back each other no matter what, even if they disagree with what the other is saying, because their twin commitment to the bit is stronger then anything else

just- just them being friends ! think of your own friendships and the jokes you share with them.
