Notion Template

Not my normal content however I'm actively making a notion template for other disordered systems who are looking into notion. With the anxiety around Simply Plural and my own dislike for octocon I wanted to take this time to work on a template I was already planning on making. For now I'll share a few screenshots of what I have and any suggestions on what people would like to see is more than welcome. I'll start off by saying I am a part time worker and I do have a life as well as currently starting a lengthy therapy process. I can't promise when this template will be out by however I will do my best to make it as accessible as possible. Currently the main notion you will be met with will have 3 sections, one for parts to do bios each leading to their own page. The second being different areas inside the system if that's applicable for you. The 3rd section will have things such as general coping skills (the template will have some already written in), an area to journal, information about other disorders whether it's physical and / or mental. I also hope to add an area to help with tracking switches. Other additions might include a calendar for important dates, to do lists related to mental health, affirmations / self care, and crisis hotline numbers. It is currently almost 3 in the morning as I'm wrapping up this first chunk of the notion so if the grammar is bad that's why. Please remember I am an anti endo and do not wish to have endogenics or supporters interacting.

reminder that you don't exactly need more trauma to split alters

the brain forms alters as it needs, if there is something that the system cannot handle or there is a gap in who is filling their needs then an alter can be split

every alter exists for a reason, even if it seems like there is none
