With this easy recipe, you can make the crispiest chunky chips in an air fryer and eat them without feeling bad. The outside of these chips is crunchy, and the inside is soft. This makes them a great snack or side dish for any event.
Ingredients: 4 large potatoes, scrubbed and cut into chunky chips. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Get the air fryer ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Coat the chunky potato chips all over with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Spread out the seasoned potato chips in the air fryer basket so that they don't touch each other. Air fry the chips for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket every so often, until they are golden brown and crispy. Take the chips out of the air fryer and let them cool down a bit before you serve them. Enjoy the crispy chunky potato chips without feeling bad!
