2019 is all about building strength for me. Permanent nerve damage has brought challenges I never imagined...especially since I’m only in my mid-forties. Which I know is just ANCIENT in Instagram years, but I have many years ahead and ha e to learn how to live through debilitating injury. So I am challenging myself to grow as strong as I can. Yoga. Diet/Nutrition. Supplements. Mindfulness and Meditation almost every hour of the waking day...which brings me to the #eightanglepose It’s not on a rock overlooking the ocean. It’s not perfect.
