BUT my only goal with these charts is to show you the fact that most people have their priorities out of whack.⠀ ➖⠀ What you should be doing is as follows:⠀ ➖⠀ Focus on your nutrition, eat in a calorie deficit, eat adequate protein, eat lots of fruits and vegetables and don’t eat like a dog. Strength train 3-5x a week. Try to keep down your life stress as much as possible and sleep enough.
