I think the Speaker of God may have been a mother figure to Lucifer before his Fall. If Lucifer did create the Ars Goetia I think he made them in her image. Maybe as a way to comfort himself since he could no longer see her.

Maybe that’s why they are so high ranked other than being made by Lucifer.

Added proof is that there is no other angels so far that looks similar to an Ars Goetia or the Speaker.

Meanwhile we have the Imps who were created by Satan but bear similarities to Lucifer: no nose, red eyes on yellow, horns, and pointy tail.

Maybe Imps being on the lowest part of the hierarchy is a way for Satan to assert his superiority over Lucifer by using Lucifer’s image without actually using it.

Also, WHAT THE F*CK WAS I.M.P. DOING HERE?!?!? O_O My best guess is that after Blitz got the grimoire, he decided to do a ding-dong-ditch at Ozzie's which is just such a funny, betty use of magic. XD XD XD I doubt it was a hit because with the grimoire, I.M.P. should have moved to taking out humans instead of demons, but regardless of the reasons, this technically means Blitz lied to Fizz about being in his relative vicinity twice in the last 15yrs. ;) XD
