For those of you who follow me on my Bev Gallant Wellness Advisor Page may know that I am really passionate about my own health and well-being, but I also am passionate about helping other people find a way to 'fit it in' in their super busy and chaotic lives. Four years ago, I joined this amazing group of women who have supported the hell out of me and each other. This group supported me in my own journey to get into and stay to a healthy lifestyle, but also helped me grow this side business of mine! Although we all do the same thing -- help people live a healthy lifestyle - we have NEVER competed for business or people. As a matter of fact, we are constantly teaching each other our little tricks of the trade, giving positive advice, lifting each other up and are truly, truly, truly happy for each other's success. This weekend, it was announced that our team was ranked #23 in the ENTIRE WORLD! Did you read that right? Yup, #23 in the ENTIRE WORLD! What that REALLY means is ... WE have collectively helped so many people that we've outranked about 400,000 other teams! I am so very grateful to have found such an amazing tribe of women! In the Beachbody community we often share stories of what led us to Beachbody and how it impacted our lives. I hear so many stories from men and women who had hit rock bottom, who were struggling with depression and anxiety, who were overweight, who felt stuck. Their stories are so inspiring because they have been able to overcome so much through changing their health and fining a supportive community in which they belonged. That's not me. When I started Beachbody I wasn't overweight; I already exercised quite regularly. I don't have a story about hitting rock bottom, but I knew something needed to change. Although I exercised I didn't eat right. Although I was a healthy weight, my poor eating, constant state of stress, little sleep at nights, all indicated I wasn't in fact healthy. Further, I wanted something Spence and I could do together, since we didn't spend much time together due to opposite work and school schedules. So I signed up, and never looked back. I am healthier than I have ever been. My eating has changed, my exercise is more consistent. My mental and emotional health is so much better and although sleep is something I still need to work on, I have more energy throughout the day. Most of all, I have found friendship and a community of people supporting me along the way. Our stories of what led us here may all be different but #iamteambeachbody and together #weareteambeachbody.

What time do you get up?? Out of bed 🛏 before 6 AM 😳 unheard of for me & EM 🍀🐶! I went to bed with a plan. It’s easy to give up on yourself it’s also easy to be mad 😡 at yourself because you gave up. The Choice is Yours each time you do something. Pick which you want more of and let that drive you. We all tear ourselves down all the time. We pick on the way we look. We pick on our weight. We have negative self talk. There is enough negativity in our daily lives. YOU don’t need to add to it. How about trying to talk to yourself in a more positive light. Sure I have those days too where I pick on myself. Then I try to redirect it to something I like about myself. Having this shift helps get over things quicker that would usually bother me for a long time. With time comes more wisdom. Who knew when I joined an accountability group that having that success support would have such an impact on my thinking. Getting older doesn’t suck when you are armed to jump over hurdles and laugh at yourself. Do I struggle sometimes- sure. Will there be days I eat chocolate 🍫 or double stuff because I couldn't handle something- I'm gonna guess yes. And Being a work in progress there are always lessons to learn. And if you are wondering, at 44 I definitely figured these things out: I got the great husband I want to be an amazing coach I'm surrounded be supportive, amazing friends daily I've kept off 40 pounds and if your game- let's jump "over the hill" together!!! #transformation #wellness #health #coach #travel #love #selfdoubt #selfawareness #selfacceptance #selflove #iamteambeachbody #fitat40

As the saying goes: “Shoot for the 🌙 moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the ✨ stars.” Sometimes new changes can scare 😱 the crap out of you Sometimes doing challenging can show you what you are really capable of when you ReFocus on what on ✨ Dreams you want to Create ✨ Sometimes we have to adjust things we don’t want to or give up a little to get something else I’m trying to have a pep talk with myself here so I figured maybe someone else needed some reassurance that you made the right decision even though it makes you nervous And no ... this actually has nothing to do with fitness. However, this 🏋️‍♂️ part of my day actually motivates me from within to dig deep and go in with can do attitude 🙌💙 P.S. I never hardly miss one of our live quarterly events since 2013. This will be my second... today I’m traveling today for a 🌴special travel training. I’m missing seeing some of my most favorite people. When you surround yourself with uplifting successful life changing people it elevates you to other levels in your life you never knew. Letting go of self doubts, mindsets that hold you back, learning new things from others, personal development, letting go of negative self talk and gaining self confidence. Our programs focus not just on fitness (all levels from beginner to advanced and all ages), healthy eating habits (for me getting also off cholesterol meds too 🙌) , someone to cheer you on. They focus on making your mind stronger to overcome any challenges you are faced. Which made me even better at home and my travel career Who knew 1 little change to better myself for something that was lasting (when I put the time in) to make baby step changes would do so much more!
