Pros & cons of tracking macros ⬇️. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸? 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝗱 👍 𝗼𝗿 👎 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Learning about macros helped me: ✅ Stop labelling foods good + bad ✅ Bring awareness to my eating habits ✅ Understand where my calories were coming from and what I needed more/less of ✅ Include foods I love and crave more regularly ✅ Learn what an appropriate portion size looks for me ✅ Stop restricting certain foods ✅ Heal my relationship with food ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But, I know it isn't for everyone.
