The squat movement focuses on developing quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves while also toning the ab and back muscles. The jump adds a heart rate-boosting cardio element to this strength training and the increased heart rate significantly burns calories.
How to Jump Squat?
1) Start standing with feet hip distance apart and lower into a squat position by bending the knees. Keep the spine straight and chest lifted. Arms are in front of the chest for balance.
2) Jump straight up.

At the end of each workout I am attempting this move until it looks smooth like butta . I have like zero quad strength - holla 🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️ but I’m workin on it - and even a month ago this would have been dang near impossible .
