The way you relate to yourself reflects the way you relate to others. We have all heard this before, but Spirit wants us to implement this idea in our lives. The issues of trust in the outside world due to past experiences are in question. Your feelings of skepticism are valid; however, is it worth missing out on growth opportunities? Trust that God/Spirit/Universe sends the right people to you when it's time. Believe that every relationship is for your highest good. And trust yourself, knowing that no matter what happens, you'll be ok ๐๐ฝ
Make a list of what you look for in relationships considering business, platonic, romantic, etc. Then create another list of behaviors and patterns you will not tolerate. By doing this, you are setting boundaries between yourself and the Universe. Understand that people are a reflection of cosmic consciousness just like you. We are One. When you set up those terms and conditions with yourself and the Universe, the words you wrote down are what you are attracting. It may take some time because energy moves slow down here, but trust that this works. I'm a living testament ๐
Lastly, continue to bring your awareness to the present moment allowing the past and future to slip away. Embrace the lessons of the now as we find beauty and comfort in our breath ๐ฌ๐ฑ
