Anger is a part of being a Robin.
and being Angry is not a bad thing. Anger is a human emotion and some of us could do with the reminder that being anger doesn't make someone a monster.
You have to be a little (or a lot) angry to want to change the world and make it better. To not drown in despair and 'this is all the world can be' sometimes you have to nurse a coal of angry to get your past the cold. There is an essay about how it makes sense in the narrative foil to Batman's anger and treatment of said emotion.
So they are all the angry robins
Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, Tim Drake, Stephine Brown, and Damian Wayne, all have parts of themselves that experiences horrors and went 'I am never ever letting that happen to anyone else, and I will rage, yell, tear at walls, psychologically torture(pun/quip) to make sure it doesn't".
They just wore Robin differently the same way they wear their anger differently.

I wish the dc did more color theory in their comic tbh, and it’s not like i look for it too much or like try and find the symbolism, but it’d be nice to see like Dick in vivids Bruce in a more dulled down grey scale, maybe like tim in earth tones, and steph in like purples and blue, or like just have different styles for them, because i’d love seeing their color pallets because i think they are so interesting
