Star Wars Galaxy Of Adventures (2018)
The novelization of Star Wars III Revenge of the Sith was published in hardcover on April 2, 2005. The paperback was released on October 25, 2005. While originally considered canon, it was declared part of Star Wars Legends on April 25, 2014, possibly due to references to the Expanded Universe. The book was written by Matthew Stover. While it mainly followed the movie, it did keep the formation of the Rebellion that was removed from the final film, gave more information and motivation behind the Dooku fight, went more into the motivation and reaction to the Jedi Council decision about using Anakin as a spy, additional intrigue on Kashyyyk, more on the relationship and molding of Anakin by Palpatine, more information and slightly different actions in the attempt to arrest Palpatine, it went further into detail about Obi-Wan's grief, the battle with Yoda and Sidious was slightly different, Anakin and Obi-Wan's battle slightly different (mostly in how Obi-Wan broke Anakin's force choke), and went deeper into Anakin's reaction to Padme's death and how it felt to become Darth Vader.
