[ Hmm..I’d have say my writing notes on how poison presents itself in the human body.~ ]
(//SHSGDHHD I FINALLT GET TO BUST THESE OUT YAYAYYAYA. IMMA PUT THEM UNDER A CUT IN CASE PPL DONT WANNA SEE!!! DONT TAKE THESE AS SOLID FACT THOUGH BECAUSE I DONT REMEMBER MY SOURCE) (//I also have notes about depth perception and losing eyes from like several years ago, which is extremely amusing because it would be a few years later that I get into isat. And. Well..Siffrin.)
(//I ALSO HAVE A BUNCH OF NOTES ABOUT BATS COPIED FROM OFFICIAL SITES IF YOU WANT SOMETHING MORE TRUSTWORTHY AND EXTENSIVE TOO :D)
Smelly poisons:
•Some poisons have a strong, unpleasant odor, such as bitter almonds, burnt rope, disinfectant, garlic, hydrogen sulfide, or rotten eggs.
Odorless poisons:
•Some poisons are odorless, such as nerve agents like VX and sarin.
Poisons that smell like something else
•Some poisons can smell like something else, such as mouthwash, which smells minty, or benzene, which smells sweet.
Poisons that can impair your sense of smell
•Some poisons, like the venom of the red-bellied black snake, can impair your sense of smell.
Other signs of poisoning include:
* Burns or redness around the mouth and lips
* Breath that smells like chemicals, such as gasoline or paint thinner
* Vomiting
Thallium is tasteless and odorless and has been used by murderers as a difficult to detect poison. It is found in trace amounts in the earth's crust.
Carbon monoxide is a poisonous gas that has no smell or taste. Breathing it in can make you unwell. It can kill if you're exposed to high levels.
I know I wouldn't do it, but I'm having thoughts about it
Thinking about all the poisons I have access to, the things I could use to get rid of at least one of the dogs.
Trust me from the bottom of my heart, I REALIZE how fucked up that is especially since I fucking love these dogs, but I'm so fucking tired sometimes. I was put on anxiety meds because they exist, I am berated and yelled at and loose sleep because of these dogs. They are put entirely on my plate and I get yelled at for being their sole care taker. They are so difficult to love, especially when I don't have the physical capabilities to love them. The city has called my parents multiple times for the disturbance they cause-
ANYONE in my position would think about it, right? Or even hope the neighbors who got just as sick of them will throw rat poison over the wall, or sm.
And part of me I just thinking "God damnit they deserve so much better than this place and these people" they deserve owner's who can walk them and play with them and love them and give them open space
Okay the random urge to poison my dogs out of love and mercy for them has faded. Thank fuck.
Only kept awake by something— No, someone. Someone whos shoving their fingers down his throat. Why…? He feels miserable enough already, why—
“Throw up, throw upthrowup-“
He can make out words between his awkward half asleep-half awake state.
He’s already gagging, already so uncomfortable, his body fighting to keep his stomach… “No… you need to throw up, before it can get further in your bloodstream…”
He gags a little more. The cookie… No, recluse shoves his fingers a little more in and finally, he heaves, pushing himself away to throw up.
He can’t tell where, he doesn’t care. Recluse lifts him up, checking his mouth. He doesn’t care. It hurts, he’s miserable.
the schizoid part of me is always at odds with my "anxious and paranoid" side, it results in some weird things. for example im hyperparanoid of being poisoned or whatever but i honestly dont care if you "stalk" me i guess if you have no intention to poison lol.
schizoids tend to not care about government surveillance and im that way too (i know cognitively its bad but i dont care if it happens to me personally i guess).
im constantly feeling like im some infamous government official that every country wants dead so theyre doing everything they can to assassinate me through poison? but anything else that a person can be paranoid about is whatever to me i guess. seriously, if i did not have this phobia i think id be more schizoid if that makes sense. i can feel even my schizoid side respond to the paranoid side in a sort of "and so what if such a thing happens" way.
Silly Game Time: TWIST THAT TROPE! "There are potions and foods that have a magic effect on those who ingest them, but the twist is ___."
(Every story is made of tropes, just like how every sentence is made of words. Still, some tropes can feel a bit overused if a storyteller doesn't do something different with them. What do you think could be an interesting variation to this trope? It doesn't need to be elaborate or surprising or original, just something that might appeal to you personally.)
