kind of really unsure what to do because i haven't been brushing my teeth this past week because we have the NASTIEST toothpaste for no reason and we don't have any of the one that's bearable and it's just sosososoosososososososososso awful to use and like i feel like my teeth are gonna start vanishing if i don't lock in and brush my teeth but i can't brush my teeth because the toothpaste is rotten and i can't get more toothpaste because i'm broke and have no car and no license and no job and i can't ask for a different kind until we're out of our current toothpaste because i will get executed

Also I totally get the sensory hell of stuff like this but if you can manage to brush your teeth even occasionally, or even without toothpaste and just using water, it really makes a difference, and you deserve to take care of your teeth :D

aww tyy <33 i probably will brush them with water idk why i didnt think of that T-T i'll probably also use mouthwash and floss my teeth to make sure that theyre at least getting a LITTLEE cleaner, and maybe use the toothpaste a few times a week in the mornings if i can :]
