mustard fields. by vera
I've seen a lot of posts arguing about who make the best bosses— ENTJs or ESTJs.
I'll make the distinction simple.
ENTJs have Ni as their auxiliary cognitive function. When Te is paired with Ni, it becomes an idea generating and implementing machine. ENTJs are constantly making and breaking new and old systems to make them more efficient. But making it work out in the long run, that's not ENTJ's forte.
That's where ESTJs come in. Si brings stability to the Te, so they run long term systems. They are grounded, and see no meaning in rebuilding a perfectly functioning system just for the sake of more efficiency. This can make them stuck in their own ways, but they can commit more than ENTJs.
See, Ni is the future and Si is the past. Both perceive the world in a different way. And both of them have shortcomings that the other is strong at. It proves that if both of them are placed in the right work environment which can bring out their full potential, they would both excel at their respective fields. There's no better or lesser in this case.
Hope this helped.
Ya fuck you weather boy.
Y'all sure that most of the population is sentinels because all I see on the internet are either INFP, INFJ, ENTP, INTJ or INTP. I rarely find any sentinels even in real life. Not to mention there are none on the internet.
I'm an isfp and I've also never met an S type before lmao
I've only met one S type, and that's an isfj. Even my parents are NF types!
no boyfriend no girlfriend no money no prospects but at least i got all these images on my cell phone
no boyfriend or girlfriend but I got blunts, money, a dope sense of dark humour, aspd, and a dysfunctional family. As y'all can already see, my life if LIT. 🔥

MBTI types and what they follow:
Their head - INTP, ENTP, INTJ, ENTJ
Their heart - INFJ, INFP, ENFP, ENFJ
Rules - ISTJ, ISFJ, ESTJ, ESFJ
Their gut - ISFP, ESFP, ISTP, ESTP
Why do all villains have to have this one tragic backstory? I don't know about all portrayed villains in shows, books, etc., but all the ones that I've come across have some depressing ass backstory. Like why can't someone be a villain because they simply enjoy being evil? Or the feeling of being evil? Like the only kick they get from their evil shenanigans is PURE THRILL. Beats me.
I like to imagine Hermes, Iris, and Thanatos as a fun trio who has annual meet-ups to plot shenanigans together

So I'm at this gathering like i had said before and yesterday was the first time I had stayed up all night. I had had my dinner by 8:30pm and went on a walk with my sister's friend. The place I'm at is a rural-urban part of the state so the streets get empty by 7 in the evening. We walked on a road we had never been to before, and after walking a long while, we decided to return. While walking, we spotted a coin on the road. I picked it up all the way to the house we're staying at and beyond, we found 22 more of those. We thought of a lot of possibilities, like someone leaving a trail while getting kidnapped. The girl i was with decided to call the police, but i asked her to consult an adult first. She called her dad and then we were told that it was just the coins that people throw on the way while they take a dead body for cremation. And we also weren't allowed to do anything with that due to religious purposes so we went to a temple and gave the money to the priest there.
Let's just say it was a fun adventure in the middle of the night. :)
Istg I've never seen anything so soothing before ........
Not Safe For Work
Remember, NSFW is not an abbreviation for nude that somehow has more syllables. It's shorthand for "If my boss happened to look over my shoulder when this was on my screen, would there be consequences?"
This is subjective, and depends on the boss and the job, of course. But many, many images that contain zero nudity are still very much NSFW (and sometimes, images with nudity aren't!) Consider this.
Okay, I'll bite. This has always completely confused me. What kind of job is there where you don't get in trouble for doing something on your computer that obviously isn't work?
"NSFW doesn't mean pornographic" tells me nothing. What kind of situation am I trying to tag for and how are so many people in that single consistent situation despite the apparent diversity of jobs and work environments.
ime it's more that there's levels of getting in trouble that correlate to amount of social taboo. ie if you're on regular facebook at work, it's likely to be regarded less severely than something that could be regarded as sexual in any capacity by a boss/manager. nude classical art won't likely be considered in that category, while an image of a non-nude person holding their huge bulge would. it does correlate to pornographic-ness, in a sense, but not inherently to nudity like the second commenter mentioned and not inherently to an artist's intent like I presume op was saying.
it's also definitely historically centered around office jobs, but with phones I feel like it's broadened somewhat now. it's definitely dependent on individual interpretations in a lot of ways, but it still like...at its core just an attempt at filtering out what could get you Extra in trouble.
So are we trying to tag stuff that is like...distinctly non-G-rated in some way? Like Inappropriate For General Audiences in that arbitrary people might be likely to find it offensive?
I admit that I know next to nothing about office jobs and what they...are.
not really based on offensiveness. it's more of a how likely to be interpreted as sexually centered in any way mostly ime. like other things can cause offense including political memes, etc, but it's less universally recognized as taboo and is something Karen in accounting might just swallow her feelings about or be told to swallow her feelings about if it comes up. it really just comes down to social taboo and the implied rules in the workplace which are inherently relatively nebulous like most social rules.
This is what I'm confused about though. It doesn't make sense to ask people to tag something that is totally subjective and has no consistent definition.
Best I can figure it out is: “is this something my grandmother would like me to look at?”
So like. Pornography, as above mentioned, but also lewd jokes, violence, graphic gore, and such.
Hey, y'all don't know my grandmother.
...but seriously, what qualifies as a lewd joke or violence in this context?
I think that this term is all about things that society considered inappropriate. It might be something sexual, gore, or even offensive stuff and such. The qualification of these as lewd jokes, pornography or violence completely depends on how most people of the society view it. Afterall, it's society that makes or breaks most of us. So if it is work related, i think the view of the general public on that subject is very important. That's it i think.
