They may lose pieces of their rocky armor after a particularly intense fight; when this occurs, they can draw magma from their cores and rapidly cool it into fresh stone, replacing the lost sections. Despite their tough appearance, these Pokémon are known for their warm and easygoing nature, rarely seeking conflict with others; however, the lava coursing beneath their rocky shells requires careful control, making them challenging companions to keep indoors.
