I think when leftists hear me say "arabs are colonisers" they think I'm saying "arabs don't deserve to live here or have rights." Guys, please stop projecting and understand that other people can think differently from you. It's embarrassing.
It's because their ideology has made it that "colonizer" is a sin/crime up there with murder, which can also only be redeemed with death.

like. Lil buddies. My lil pals. You cannot spend your whole lives just low-key loathing yourself and your country. At some point you have to actually start learning from local indigenous peoples about what they want and how you can help build a better future.
Nobody is trying to say that white people or Arab people have to all squeeze back into Europe or the Arabian Peninsula. Just start learning more about the history of colonization everywhere, the ways it's still playing out, and the people who are fighting it who would like your support.
