#motivationmonday Tomorrow I am starting a new challenge that I have been wanting to do. Before you guys get all hype and quick to judge, I want you to know that this is something that I WANT to do. I have done adequate amount of research so I know what to do and what to expect. I will be doing a 21 day fast. Now a fast is nothing new to me. I have been doing intermittent fasting for 5 months, and also have done a 7 day fast a couple of times. So no, I'm not jumping into this 21 day fast like cold turkey. Excited to start this tomorrow. I am mainly doing this to see how well my body heals during the process, how I feel overall, how much weight I lost, and how my taste is enhanced when I taste my first bite/drink after the 21 days. As soon as I finish, I will be consuming mostly fruits and vegetables for the remainder of the month of February. Excited to start this adventure. Will be posting progress throughout.
