Can a tower help with air pollution?

“While seemingly an unmoving structure, the tower reaches for the sky. Two of the upper panels of the tower bend and rise in the presence of smog, or more specifically, particle pollution. It also has full coverage of 360 degrees, which creates a bubble of clean air. The tower attracts the smoggy air, which contains particulate matter, PM2.5 and PM10. Overall, it manages to capture more than 75 percent of both types, according to Studio Roosegaarde.”
