Ways we must follow to practice this yoga asana
Sit down on the ground with legs stretched forward.
Fold one of your leg in a way that you are going to do practice padmasana.
Draw your folded leg more closed to your waist in such a way that your heels touch your waist bone.
Fold another leg straightway inward in a way that you rest on your fingers of your feet and knees, keeping your first leg folded as it is.
Put your both arms on the floor in the sideway of your folded leg.
Remember, the side of your body should be side of your folded leg.
Place your arms in such a way that the thigh of the folded leg touches both the elbows.
Fold your elbows, so that the thigh is placed and got stuck at the position above the elbow.
Slowly bend towards the side in which you have placed your arms.
Smoothly lift up your body and keep your full load on your arms.
