Hypokit & Hypoparent Requests: Open
I'll put additional info like rules n stuff as well as art I've already done under a read more, but there really aren't any particularly crazy rules or anything, so you'll probably be fine even if you don't read them.
So.
The Rules
Rule 1: Please try not to request any ships that are closely related.
Considering that the Warrior Cats family tree is more of a family wreath, I won't hold it against you if you genuinely did not know that a ship you sent in was closely related. I think the Erins also do not know when two character's they've paired together are closely related.
Rule 2: You can specify an amount of kittens that you would like in a request, but please do not go above 5
These already take a while because I'm doing them digitally instead of traditionally like I used to, so in order to not spend my entire day drawing 5 bajillion kittens, I'm setting the limit at 5. Also if you don't specify a number, I will simply have a random number generator pick a number between 1 and 5 and that will be the amount of kittens I draw.
and that's it, that's really all the important shit. If I think of any more important rules I'll edit this post to add them later, but for now yeah just. Don't send in any ship too closely related and don't ask me to draw a billion kittens.
Now for possible questions!
Question 1: What are Hypokits?
Hypokits are just... the Warrior Cats equivalent of fankids. Fanmade offspring of a ship, it's just that in this case these hypothetical children are kittens because the characters are cats.
Basically it's asking "What if (Character 1) and (Character 2) had kittens?"
Question 2: What are Hypoparents?
A similar concept to hypokits, Hypoparents are asking about a possible change of the parents of a character or characters.
Something more along the lines of 'What if (Character 1) and (Character 2) were the parents of (Character 3)?"
Question 3: Can I use any of these designs?
Yeah go nuts dude. The moment I post any kit designs or any of my personal designs for canon characters, I am releasing them into the wild to go be the fire that saves our clan. Anyone can do whatever the fuck they want with them.
Literally my only rule about using my designs is that if you use the actual art I drew I'd like credit for that, but the designs themselves are free for anyone to use.
Question 4: How many requests can I send in?
As long as you're not a dick about it you can send in however many you want. Now that doesn't guarantee that I will do every request you send in, but I am doing these for fun so the more requests I get the more fun little kitty cat designs I can draw.
Now for some art examples!
These are generally what you should expect. As I improve my art I hope to do better poses and improve even further on the designs I make, but the more important thing is that these will be done digitally, whereas in the past I had been doing these traditionally.
Drawing these digitally takes a lot longer than drawing them traditionally does, but I feel like it's worth it because they look way better this way.
