realistically there's very little chance Owen's jacket survived the fall and the explosion intact, and even if it did there's no way the kgb just held onto it for months and gave it back to him when Chimera recruited him, so it does kinda imply that Owen went out and bought the same jacket just so his big reveal would be more dramatic

Neil
Strawberries. He found out when Mr. Keating baked the boys all a strawberry cake. His throat swelled up, and Todd had to use his EpiPen on him. Ever since, Todd is hyper alert of what Neil eats, but Neil constantly forgets.
Todd
Peanuts. Heβs had a lifelong allergy. Heβs only allergic if he eats it. But somehow, heβs had three allergic reactions since heβs been at Welton. Heβs super careful, so he doesnβt know how.
Charlie
Dairy. Heβs totally that one person whoβs lactose intolerant but eats it anyway. Heβs constantly drinking milk, eating ice cream, and anything else that could pose a threat to him. Knox is constantly lecturing him about it.
Knox
Cashews. He found it when Todd gave him a cashew cookie. He immediately went into anaphylactic shock and had to be rushed to the hospital. Ever since heβs been afraid of all nuts (but heβs only allergic to cashews.)
Pitts
All plants and animal dander. Heβs totally dying the spring months. His body hates him, and is completely shameless in this. Itβs miserable. He also canβt have a pet because of this (eventually has one and just takes meds.)
Meeks
Gluten. Idk why, but I feel like heβs a celiac. Not only did he get the ginger gene, he got the celiac gene. Itβs the worst, and because of this he has to make his food specially or go to places that make is specially. His life is living hell.
Cameron
Bees. Heβs deadly allergic to bees. He found out on a hike with the entire grade. It was so embarrassing l, especially after Todd had to use his EpiPen on him. Ever since, he usually keeps himself mostly clothed.

Do you ever wonder if Neil, after feeling himself hollowed by the realization he'll never be able to fully express himself or be who he is with no restrictions and no limitations, who-- despite knowing he was disobeying his fathers wishes-- still thought it'd be possible to please him and make him proud of him despite doing something he frowned upon, sat there with the gun in his hands and tried to will himself to commit his final act. He mumbled endlessly "I'll decide what I do now. I'll choose this for myself, even if it'll be my last. I will be the final word in something for once in my life." And even in those milliseconds before everything went dark and he felt the life fizzle out of him like the passion that once thrummed through every bone in his body, does he still feel dissatisfied with how it all ended. That, even with his own will to pull the trigger, did it not fill the hole he'd carved out within himself? If that couldn't fulfill him, what would? What does it take? Why couldn't he have it, if anything?
lately been feeling like something is missing. like I'm so close to achieving peak happiness woohoo!!!!! but something is preventing that... yet to find out what that is exactly. I just wanna make the people I care about proud without the feeling of putting stuff that I actually enjoy down simply cause it's not as interesting for everyone else. I feel limited.
