Remus Lupin (aged 16), photographed by Sirius in and outside of his family home. Remus' half-blood home strayed far from what Sirius had become accustomed to, being raised in a wealthy pure-blood one. He was fascinated by the idea of magical and non-magical societies intertwining. His family did not share this intrigue, nor did they approve of it. Sirius had never been permitted to visit any of his non pure-blooded friends' homes; he wasn't supposed to be their friend at all. Naturally, one of the first things he did once he was disowned was visit all of his half-blood and muggle-born friends' homes. He was particularly intrigued by all the muggle exclusive items, hence the excessive photo taking, constantly asking Remus a plethora of questions. Remus tried to be patient but did grow weary of what was effectively one belligerent paparazzi invading his home. Sirius insisted it was flattery.

Severus Snape, 1978 (aged 20). Photographed by Delphina. Delphina and Severus didn't have much interaction during their time at Hogwarts, largely due to Delphina's brother, Sirius, being one of the main perpetrators of the merciless bullying directed at Severus. Severus wanted nothing to do with any of the Black family, but they were unavoidable. At every turn there seemed to be a cousin or a sister or a brother of the 'Noble and most Ancient House of Black' roaming the halls; they reigned over the school. However, as Regulus distanced himself from his brother, Sirius, he and Severus found they had much in common. They didn't have a close friendship but a strong mutual respect for one another, which only grew once they left school and joined Voldemort's ranks. Delphina was introduced to Severus through Regulus and they grew to form an unlikely but strong and deeply caring friendship. After the First Wizarding War, most of their friends and family were dead or in Azkaban and they rarely met, but they still quietly leant on each other; communicating through various magical transmissions they had developed during their time as Death Eaters.

Dorcas Meadowes, 1980 (aged 23). Friend of Regulus and Delphina. Dorcas was an extremely gifted witch who fought in support of Voldemort during the First Wizarding War. She was killed by Lord Voldemort himself in late 1980 or early 1981. The exact date of her death and the reason for it remain unknown. Is is suspected that she attempted to defect from the Death Eaters. Lord Voldemort was not known for his forgiveness, especially when it came to disloyalty.

1976. Delphina Black (aged 16) and Rabastan Lestrange (aged 22). The Black children formed strong friendships during their times at Hogwarts. As they grew older, and the differences in age between them didn't feel so large, they started to hang out as one large group. Sirius and Andromeda were, of course, not any part of this. Some of the people in this group included: Rodolphus and Rabastan Lestrange, Evan Rosier, Dorcas Meadowes, Lucius Malfoy, Bartemius 'Barty' Crouch Jr and Antonin Dolohov. Most of this group were, at the time, or later became, Death Eaters and supporters of Lord Voldemort.

1971. Regulus (aged 12) and James Potter (aged 14), friend of Sirius, photographed by Sirius. During Regulus' first couple years at Hogwarts, Sirius tried to keep him close. He introduced him to his friends and they could often be seen hanging out together. However, over time Sirius and Regulus drifted further and further apart. If questioned about this they would both say that they 'just didn't have anything in common anymore', but some would suggest that their parents had a larger influence on their distance. Sirius' friends said that Regulus was a stuck-up chauvinist. Regulus' friends said that Sirius was an arrogant scourge. The brothers rarely, if ever, spoke badly of each other. They rarely, if ever, spoke of each other at all.

Bartemius Crouch Jr. (aged 23), during his brief time working at the Ministry of Magic, before his arrest in late 1981. He was imprisoned in Azkaban by January 1982 for his involvement in the torture of Frank and Alice Longbottom, alongside Bellatrix (née Black), Rodolphus and Rabastan Lestrange.
