#made this post to pin & have them all in one place#but also to overexplain in a post that doesn't have fandom tags lmao So here goes#most of them are structured with a beginning & final song that just fit the vibe of the ship#and then character a > character b alternating and i tried for sort of chronological overview of the arc of the ship#there are obvious exceptions to that structure (good luck w herongraystairs tbh) aaand some playlists are more headcanon-y than others#not all the songs are about the ship itself but are relevant to the arc so they get included#ex. brother on clace is about Clary and Sebastian & hypnotized on herondaisy is about James and Grace etc#and these playlists are like. very For Me. so some of the songs are silly or not totally relevant to the arc but they make me giggle#& think of The Character so they go on here. and alternatively some really good character songs i found don't fit the vibe/my taste#this has been such a huge labor of love for me and i have been working on it for SO long and they'll always be wips#tysm to everyone who sent me song recs for this lil project even if they didn't get included in the end i had a lot of fun listening#and the biggest shoutout to lacey catpajamas for listening to sooo much music you probs didn't even like for this :) you'll never be free#maybe i'll make this post pretty eventually but probably not
