In her new series Ride or Die, showrunner Tessa Coates asks the brave, bold, beautiful question: what if the villain plot of Skyfall (2012) was about two hot middle aged women assassins?? Stunning, mind-blowing, showstopping, incredible stuff...Her only fault was not making them gay, but nobody's perfect.
Before I had access to the murderbot diaries audiobooks I had a frankly unhinged setup, which was to get the pdf up on my computer and set text-to-speech to read it out to me so i could have my Bedtime Podcast Hours (integral to my survival as a uni student)
this was enjoyable(?) for several reasons, including a) robot voice is delightfully murderbot b) the jokes were read with absolutely no intonation and c) it would read out everything including the page numbers and the title in the header of every single page
listen. it's so so bad that it loops back around to good trust me you have to try this.

Have you ever been to a celebrity's grave?
yes
no
Define celebrity however you'd like.
I have always felt a greater affinity with the sea at night. It is magnificent during the day, the waves strong and loud, slamming onto the beach, propelled by the force of the entire ocean behind it. But when night comes that force is spent, and the waves roll to the shore with the detachment of a monk unfurling a scroll.
