My version of HIIT: sets of three exercises that I can move between quickly to keep my heart rate up. Well here's one set. Squats, shoulder press, and calf raises. Shoulder rotations because not too long ago, my shoulders sucked!! They hurt ALL the time. Using a light weight and rotating forward and backward has made a tremendous difference.
