Ingridients(5rolls)
dought:
Flour(80g/2/3cups)
low fat Greek yoghurt(125g/1/2cup)
Sweetener(1tbsp/15g)
Filling:
reduced fat margarine(5g/1tsp)
cinnamon(5g/2tsp)
sweetenr(15g/1tbsp)
Icing:
almond milk(5ml/1tsp)
yoghurt(5g/1tsp)
sweetener(5g/1tsp)
Preheat the oven at 180C and combine flour(leave a bit for later)and yoghourt in a mixing bowl
lay dough into a floured surface add the rest of the flour dough, and knead well
use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a rectanglegular shape
in a small bowl, melt margarine and add cinnamon+ sweetener
spear it evenly over the dough
roll dough into a long tube shape and cut into approximately 5 rolls
place rolls on a baking sheet and bake for like 10-20minutes
For glaze:combine the icing ingredients and drizzle over the rolls
