How delicious are these?? 😍

3 ways to kill hay-fever :)
1) Vitamin C
2) Nettle tea
3) Avoid dairy, tomatoes, celery, melons, peaches and alcohol as they can worsen symptoms!
Vitamin c and nettle tea are natural antihistamines, and won’t put you to sleep like some medicines do! 😊

Try blending tigernut flour with coconut oil for a delicious nut-free nut spread replacement!

Hemp oil has amazing benefits!
1) Very high in omega 3 and 6 2) Helps skin conditions 3) Yummy nutty flavor 4) Vitamin E, antioxidants!! Hemp oil is best used at room/fridge temperature, drizzle over salads or rub into skin, but do not heat /fry! It does smell nutty so for whole body oil I'd recommend almond or coconut :) I use hemp oil under my eyes at night, they look full of life in the morning!
Scared of your pores? Use Aloe vera!
A thin layer of Aloe vera gel can be used as a primer (on top of moisturizer) to help give you a wonderfully poreless look!
Like makeup? Mix some Aloe with loose powder (translucent or skin tone) for an even longer lasting primer!
Got eczema?

Fibroids develop in the walls of the womb BUT are luckily non cancerous (benign), however sometimes they require surgery. Some foods are said to possibly shrink fibroids but please don’t forget to follow your doctor's instructions, they have a Doctorate, I do not :)
Wholegrains
Soy
Beans
Omega oils (found in many fish and capsules)
Apple cider vinegar
Wholemeal
Green tea
Burdock root tea
Chasteberry tea
Avoid added sugar
Less coffee and alcohol
Less red meat
And of course, organic foods, fruits and vegetables and increase water consumption (enough so your pee is clear like water).
Another key is to avoid foods with added hormones, the unwanted estrogen may affect you.

Dull winter skin? New year new skin! Here's how.
Exfoliating your skin too often is bad, I do it about once a week to not damage my skin.
Here is one of my favourite facial scrubs!
1 tablespoon of used ground coffee (NOT hot!)
1 teaspoon of olive oil (or slightly more /less, whatever you prefer)
Apply on wet skin, scrub, then rinse.
The result? Beautiful glowing skin that has been naturally exfoliated and moisturised.
Just remember to rinse enough that you don't smell like coffee ;)
