as a writer, i wouldn't ever go after someone doing this but i DO think it's disrespectful. because i write my fics deliberately, with the characters in mind. i'm saying something about those characters and the story is important to me. doing something like this (especially if you're not a writer at all) says to me, you don't value the art of writing or the story i'm trying to tell or the connection with community that fic writing is part of and instead just see it as something to be consumed.

The deuteranomaly and protanomaly ones are very similar but they are different. The purple section ranges out a little farther to the right in the protanomaly one. Not seeing the difference between might not indicate color blindness but rather difficulty with color differentiation.
