Our hearts are broken in every way. Our love goes out to everyone devastated by the Ghostship Fire. Please let’s take care of each other, this year was terrible but this took it to a more intense realm of horror.

A person we love dearly was taken from us in this fire. It’s an abyss of loss when young trans women die. Cash was an incredibly smart, talented, fierce, and beautiful person, a dark angel with so much heart. I didn’t want to ever say goodbye to a person like this. 

Above is an interview we did with her and her beloved bandmate Kennedy back in the summer. You can hear her voice talking about her music, bantering with Kennedy, etc. You can also hear their live in-studio set in this recording.

I’m sorry that we have to go through this. To the people who loved Cash, we will support you and carry through this together. To Cash, thank you for everything, I’m so proud to have called you a friend and so blown away by all the amazing things I saw you doing in your life, for the brief time that I knew you. You are so loved and will be forever, we will carry parts of you in everything we do.

EPISODE 8: SALTY CLASSICS

HAPPY 2016 FUCKERS, FINALLY WE RETURN IN TRUE FORM. we give back to the community by coming correct with a 2 hour bumper edition and a special guest in the form of KATY (of ES, ponyboy, ex-gloss rejection, ex-weird menace) at MUSCLE HORSE RECORDS HQ. we end up with a live audience of house members, katy repeatedly plays music by bands she doesn’t like, the pub classics curse continues, ben wears uggs, sean wears crocs, we all get drunk on pink cava.

NB: there are some minor sound issues with this episode as we were lacking a pop filter and there were maybe 7 phones in the room (also for some reason that venom prison track has a weird hiss on it on the MP3 we bought), so heads up. it’s a sick episode though, just deal.
