Akoori (Parsi Scrambled Eggs)

Ingredients–

2 eggs, well beaten

1 large onion, chopped

1 large tomato, chopped

3-4 green chillies, chopped

3 cloves of garlic, chopped

A big pinch of cumin seeds

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Salt to taste

1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Method–

Heat oil in a pan

Add cumin seeds

When it crackles, add onions and sauté till light brown

Add chillies and garlic and sauté till raw smell goes away
