Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup ricotta cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup marinara sauce. 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through. Stuff each chicken breast with the ricotta mixture. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish. Top each breast with marinara sauce. Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. Add minced garlic to the same pan and cook until it smells good. Put broccoli florets in the pan and cook for three to four minutes, until they start to get a little soft. In a baking dish, put chicken breasts. Add cooked broccoli florets on top. Shred cheddar cheese and heavy cream together in a small bowl. Cover the broccoli and chicken with the sauce. Place the dish in an oven that has already been heated up. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is crunchy and golden brown. Enjoy while hot!
