I felt in the mood for another Furina!MC au, Manhwa style ... 🤔

Hm, let's see... maybe some 'Villainess' Furina!MC... and how about this? For a treat, we can throw in some Platonic Yandere Focalors and Yandere Egeria as well? Teehee~

For plot wise, it's the stereotypical 'I became the villainess' kind of au, with Furina!MC waking up as the future villainess, 'Furina' de Fontaine, who was the younger twin sister of the heroine, Focalors de Fontaine.

Thing is... they're both kids, and its years before the plot would even come around... and it's perfect! This meant Furina!MC's 'villainess' reputation hadn't even begun to spread as she hadn't done anything noteworthy yet!

At most she was the easily forgotten other child of Egeria de Fontaine, the 'Mistress of Many Waters', as mostly everyone paid attention to Focalors, who was already showing great talent and grace despite her young age... nothing like her clumsy, crybaby little sister...

And that worked just fine for Furina!MC! Let her fade into the background, let her be forgotten! She can use it to her advantage when she got old enough to escape out the manor and live on her own!

She wouldn't need to deal with the nonsense and danger of the plot, especially all the 'death flags' potentially waiting for her, just waiting for her to fall into her supposedly destined 'villainess' role...

But until then, Furina!MC just has to sit, wait, and keep her head down until the time came... but too bad, this odd, distant behavior catches her 'sister' and 'mothers' attention.

Both Egeria and Focalors were so used to 'Furina' crying for attention at every chance. From constantly tugging on Egeria's skirts, timidly asking for a hug or kiss or anything, from following Focalors around like a lost duckling, her presence was always there, crying, sad, begging... but then it stops. 'Furina' stops following them around, stops tugging at their skirts, asking timidly for hugs or to play with her... she just stops.

In fact, it felt like she was avoiding them now. She spent more time in her room, in the garden, anywhere people weren't at.

Anywhere Egeria and Focalors weren't at.

The mother and daughter duo... they didn't like it. It felt wrong. It WAS wrong. Why was 'Furina' avoiding them? Why was she spending so much time alone? That wasn't healthy for someone her age to be alone so much-

It was like they forgot all about how THEY themselves had constantly left 'Furina' alone, forgotten, and scorned, but the moment she stopped vying for their attention, neither Egeria or Focalors could stand it.

This leads to Focalors starting to force herself into Furina!MC's room to 'play' with her every day... or hour, dragging all her dolls and dresses so they could dress up and everything. She would hold Furina!MC's hand, refusing to let go even when Furina!MC shakily asks for her to leave-

As for, Egeria, she takes Furina!MC on countless shopping sprees, buying her so many new dresses when was the last time she bought her poor little 'Furina' any new clothes, toys?! and plenty of toys! The mother showers her with affection, carrying her around in her arms, hugging her... and also like Focalors, she turns a deaf ear when her adorable little one asked for space- How had she never not noticed how precious and tiny her 'Furina' was?

And just like that, the two de Fontaine ladies were besotted to hell and back over 'Furina'. So small. So shy, adorable, and precious. So... fragile. No, no! This wouldn't do. 'Furina' was too fragile for this world! It would do no good for her to ever step foot back out the de Fontaine manor ever again!

Because what if she got hurt or killed?! Kidnapped even?! Humans in general could be vile creatures, and 'Furina' was a prime target for people like them!

And poor, poor Furina!MC... this wasn't how things were supposed to go! She was supposed to be forgotten! An after thought to her 'family'. But now? Now she was like a pretty little bird trapped in a birdcage.

A birdcage her own 'mother' and 'sister' created just for her...

What makes things worse... is that this all happen years before the plot of the novel... so, in saying that what do you think will happen when years later, when the plot finally come around, Focalors' original love interest(s) (Neuvillette, Wriothesely, someone else-) makes his first appearance and happens to catch sight of the de Fontaine's hidden jewel, hm?

I don't think people talk enough about the fact that all of the original seven archons would gather in liyue.

That means egeria, xbalanque, and the belyi tsar are having a tea party with venti and zhongli. Ofc makoto and rukkadehvata too but you could easily see them at a tea party, unlike the three.

Lyney | Hard to say for sure, might simply be a male version of his sister's name

Obviously there's nothing wrong with that, in fact it's cool that we get to know about so many cultures and historical figures through something as simple as a game! I just find it funny how far they went with naming the newer characters while Mondstadt over there is like. just your ordinary popular names. But such names also have a charm to them)
