#WorkoutWednesday Today's workout is a full body complex. Complexes are excellent when you're short on time and they have been proven to be very effective for fat loss. They can be done with barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells or whatever else you have. Essentially they are a series of exercises done sequentially for certain number of reps with little to no rest in between. This one I did with kettlebells but it can just as easily be done with dumbbells, it's a little leg dominant and quite extensive so if this is alot for you then just select 5 or more exercises and start with that and then add in the others when you get stronger. I did 10 reps per exercise, you can start with 6 or 8 and go as high as 15 if you really want to. Do each exercise for the number of reps and then move on to the next one without putting the DB/KB down. After doing all the exercises rest for 45-60 seconds before starting over again. Do 3 - 6 rounds. It took me about 4 minutes to do 1 round so with 1 min rest and 4 rounds I was done in less than 30min. Do each exercise with good form and don't rush through it but keep a good pace.
