J.ironwood: For a first offense they need to fix the damage, pay for the cost, and have them remain in detention until they have done so. I've attached a document for how to scale offenses. Atlas has been using this with great success for years. I highly recommend basing your system of off this. Especially given that this is your first year.

Idk what y’all do in group chats but my little group chat with @labaguetteisdabest and @iam1withthepeggy is literally just 40% Pinterest pins we find mildly intriguing, 40% of the following phrase “lol” (in any variation) as a response to the pin if we have the energy to check it out, and 20% just fandom things (mostly both of them geeking out about Heartstopper, or me ranting about book theories)
