Hi guys, sorry if this post seems a little weird or uncharacteristic,
I just wanted to thank all of yall so much
We are working on getting diagnosed with HPD atm, and realizing that running a tumblr account that actually gets interaction has helped SO MUCH in avoiding attention-seeking relapses.
We haven’t had a severe incident since we started this account, beyond small freakouts over small stuff, but nothing major. You guys seriously do help us and we’re very thankful
Just the feeling of being seen and having people interact with us regularly helps us a lot, and we’re working on recovery during this in a time that isn’t constant problems with us feeling lonely.
We do absolutely apologize if we sometimes do weird stuff, we’ve made sure not to do any major *harmful* attention-seeking behaviors, though we do do posts that are just needless rambling because it feels nice to have people see it. Sorry bout that, they’re probably pretty obvious now that you know lol
Anyway, we love every single one of y’all, and want you to know that. Thank you so much for being helpful and part of our life.
