Kakashi
being domestic….
kakashi is very used to taking care of himself; so he automatically takes care of you too. but the second you start caring for him, he’s popping boners left and right.
you did his laundry for him: he’s hard. you made him lunch: he’s hard. you wish him luck on his mission and kiss his cheek: he’s hard.
some days he doesn’t even end up leaving the house because he gets to caught up fucking you silly over the kitchen counter LMAO
also his books…
if you read his books without him knowing and then reenact a scene with him, he will lose his mind.
Gai
wearing his clothes…
like if he comes home to see you in his green outfit, or even just his vest or leg warmers. he’s going feral and bending u tf over.
also if you watch him train and compliment his muscles, he will lose it. he loves showing off his strength to you (he’s always picking u up and throwing you over his shoulder hehe) so when you praise him for it he gets weak in the knees.
Jiraiya
everything and anything turns him on…
he loves your perfume. if he smells it in public like at a store or something he will need to excuse himself to the bathroom to fix his ‘little’ problem.
your hair turns him on, your lips turn him on, your voice turns him, shit even your breathing turns him on.
You could just chilling with him on the couch, silently reading before you notice Jiraiya crawling inbetween your legs. “What are you doing?” you would ask, just to get a stupid response from him like: “you were breathing. it was hot.”
And trust, if you try to seduce him or show that you want him in that way, he will genuinely pass tf out.
when he’s really tired and his day has been shitty, just shove your tits in his face and play with his hair. pls 🙏
Naruto
Naruto actually feels quite bad when he gets turned on while you’re doing normal things. it makes him feel like a pervert, like Jiraiya LMAO.
but he can’t help it if you touch his ear or hair.
Naruto never knew he could be so sensitive to a touch like that. but if you brush his hair behind his ear, your finger tips grazing the outer shell of it, he’ll get weak in the knees for sure.
Also pull his hair…trust he likes that.
he also likes watching you train or fight. It turns him on seeing how strong you are. trust he’ll just have smug ass smirk while everyone watches you fight. he’ll probably say smth stupid like: “Yep, that’s my girlfriend.” sitting there with a nasty man spread or smth
also he definitely doesn’t mind if you boss him around. i mean sometimes he’ll pretend that it gets on his nerves (and it definitely did when he was younger) but now that he’s grown he loves that shit 🙏
Sasuke
i feel like sasuke is not a SUPER sexual person. the usual things that turn people on doesn’t really have much of an effect on him….that was until he saw you in a short nurses dress because you and your friends were having a costume party.
sasuke is actually super into like dressing up. Whether it be an outfit like the nurses one, or just a simple lingerie, he goes crazy.
I think that Sasuke likes the teasing foreplay even more than the actual sex part of sex.
like just sit on his lap and tease tf out of him in your little outfit and he’ll lose his mind.
if you ever walk past him in public, nonchalantly lifting your shirt just a bit so he can see the top of your thong…your getting bent tf over in the nearest bathroom.
Kiba
YOU BEING MAD. hear me out.
he will do anything in his power to frustrate you. He’ll tease you, mess up your work, slap your books out of your hands. literally anything to get you to be mad at him.
and his favorite part….when you finally yell at him.
Making him sit down and listen to your lecture. he’ll reply with a smirk and a “yes ma’am!” as he hides his massive boner lmao.
he secretly loves getting bossed around by you, it really gets him going. and he especially loves fucking you until your not mad anymore…
CALL HIM A GOOD BOY AND HIS TAIL WILL BE WAGGIN LMAO
Shikamaru
shikamaru loves lazy days…it gets him going when you act just as lazy as him.
usually your always busy, making him do chores with you and everything. but on those special days where your just as tired, he goes feral.
You’re wearing nothing but some fuzzy socks, little shorts, and his shirt. yeah he’s already gone. and if you want sleepy, lazy sex….he feels as if he died and went to heaven.
also: if you are smarter than him.
like if you win when playing your game against him or Asuna, he would have to hide his flustered face and growing tent in his pants.
he’s not too sure why, but he is really attracted to intelligence.
Lee
EVERYTHING BABE, EVERYTHING
Lee worships the ground you walk on, you are a goddess in his eyes. you don’t even need to do anything and he would be horny for you.
Though I don’t think Lee would ever initiate sex, he would be down for it literally any time you ask.
he really loves when you compliment his strength. like please sit on his back while he does push ups and praise him after each one. he would genuinely pass away lmao
yeah so there isn’t anything specific that turns him on, honestly just the thought that you want him makes Lee turned on
Gaara
like sasuke, i don’t think Gaara is a very sexual person. it quite rare that he want sex.
Though i do believe he LOVES making out. Just sit on his lap and touch each other all over while heavily making out and breathing in each other’s ear…SIGN HIM TF UP.
Though Gaara will get turned on if you try to seduce him. he would definitely be confused as first but after he knows what’s going on he gets all flustered and nervous hehe
Like if you’re leaning close to him, giggling and twirling your hair and stuff. It turns him on knowing that you want HIM of all people
Kankuro
like Kiba, he likes to piss you off.
He’ll purposely kiss you after you put on lipstick and smear the color, running away while laughing as you complain. He’ll smack your ass as you walk by and ‘not know what you’re talking about’ when you tell him to stop. He’ll scare you when you walk past, he’ll bother you, he’ll mess up your hair. But it’s not because he doesn’t like you, it’s quite the opposite.
He likes when you get mad at him. yelling at him and making him apologize or clean up his mess. he likes it trust 🙏
but Kankuro also secretly loved praise and being babied. Like grab his face gently, make him look up at you as your praise him for all his hard work. He would melt.

Shikamaru
The violent thwack of the kitchen knife against the cutting board was the only thing tethering you to sanity. The summer heat pressing through the open windows at Shikamaru's house was unbearable enough on its own, but the vicious cramps radiating through your pelvis made the air feel too thick to breathe.
Your humor had been a shitty one since yesterday, and now your whole body ached and the cramps were almost eating you alive. Your PMS symptoms couldn't have started at a worse time.
You chopped another carrot, your knuckles white, the sound a little too sharp, a little too loud. You poured your frustration into the blade, pretending that if you struck hard enough, you might miraculously sever the ache right along with the vegetables.
Your hormones were a frayed wire, leaving you feeling like a raw nerve exposed to the open air. Behind you, the soft slide of the shoji screen signaled your boyfriend's arrival.
"Are you trying to intimidate dinner into cooking itself, or can I safely confiscate that?" Shikamaru teased, his voice with that familiar laziness that instantly made your jaw clench.
Really not the time, Shikamaru!
You slammed the knife down and gripped the counter, squeezing your eyes shut as another wave of pain ripped through your lower abdomen. Your feelings were now too intense, even for your own liking, and you were so not about to start a fight with him or end up crying over whatever it was that you were feeling.
You knew exactly how his mind worked; he avoided volatile emotions, so you fully expected him to turn his lazy feet right back around to avoid your hormonal wreckage.
"I'm fine, Shikamaru. Just let me cook," you snapped, though your voice quivered entirely too much to be convincing.
"Yeah, you look perfectly fine," he deadpanned, his tone dripping with dry sarcasm. He stepped right up behind you, his chest pressing lightly against your back as he removed the weapon from your tight grip.
"You're a terrifying woman when your uterus is angry, and I'd rather not bleed out in my own kitchen." You sighed and allowed him to move your body away from the counter.
Twelve agonizingly slow steps. That was exactly how long it took him to guide your exhausted body out of the stifling heat and into the cool shaded sanctuary of the living room.
He guided your sore body down, maneuvering you carefully until you were lying on your side atop a plush zabuton cushion, your back pressed securely against his folded legs.
His fingers found the exact base of your spine. His thumbs kneaded deeply into the aching lumbar muscles, applying a heavy pressure that instantly softened the tension right out of your pissed nervous system.
You let out a shaky whimper, the pain slowly draining out of you. "Aren't you supposed to be complaining about how troublesome I am?"
"You are troublesome. But you're my trouble," he replied with a lazyish smile. "And if I let you keep cooking, we'd be eating pulverized carrots. Close your eyes. I'm ordering takeout."
You went completely pliable against his legs as his thumbs continued their heavy, rhythmic pressure along your spine. "Thank you, Shikamaru," you huffed, your eyelids growing heavy.
He didn't say anything too sentimental back. Shikamaru was not a grand monologue type of guy, but he was always there for you, no matter the situation. He stretched his right arm, grabbing a woven fan from the low table to cool the sticky summer air around you.
"Yeah. I got you, baby," was the last thing he breathed before you drifted into a well-deserved nap.
Might Guy
Hiding in the darkness of your bedroom closet seemed like a brilliant plan until your spine locked up against the fluffy mat on the hardwood floor. But you refused to move as the unbearable ache radiating through your abdomen made the thought of uncurling your legs sound like absolute torture.
You buried your face deeper into the thick wool of your oversized sweater, praying the shadows would swallow you whole before he returned.
Too late.
You heard the front door open. It was followed by the relentlessly cheerful voice that usually made your heart flutter, but today simply made you wince.
Might Guy tracked your cycle with the exact same dedication he applied to his eight-gates training. He kept a very detailed color-coded calendar taped to the inside of the bathroom cabinet. He knew exactly what week it was. And worse, he knew exactly what was recommended for the pain.
He had read about it in a wellness magazine and immediately consulted Tsunade to confirm the method's validity. Her simple "yes" was all it took for him to draft an entire dynamic stretch plan specifically for your cycle.
"My beautiful lotus!" his voice echoed down the hallway, the floorboards literally shaking under his enthusiastic strides. "It is time to embrace the healing power of the dynamic stretch!"
You held your breath and squeezed your eyes shut.
Please don't find me here. Please, please...
Guy could find you in any crowd, anywhere, at any moment. So when the closet door swung open, flooding your dark sanctuary with blinding afternoon light, you were not entirely surprised.
He stood in the doorway with his hands planted on his hips. His signature gleaming smile softened the second his dark eyes locked onto your miserable form.
His large hand encircled your ankle securely. He eased you out of the closet with a smooth continuous pull, completely ignoring your pathetic whine of protest.
"I am NOT doing yoga, Guy," you croaked. "Let me die in the dark."
"Nonsense!" he declared, though his volume was noticeably dialed down to a rumbling baritone.
He scooped you up effortlessly, cradling your body against his bulky chest. "The Springtime of Youth does not surrender to uterine distress! But," he paused, pressing a kiss to your temple, "it does allow for negotiation."
He carried you to the center of the tatami mat and laid you down lovingly.
"Negotiation?"
"Three modified stretches," he bargained. "Ten minutes of deep breathing to open your chakra pathways." He leaned in closer to finish his proposal. "And in return, I will personally carry you to the onsen and feed you sweet dumplings until you fall asleep in my arms."
"Can we do sweet dumplings first and then hot springs?" you asked with pleading puppy eyes.
"You got yourself a deal, my lotus!" He chanted, helping you stand up straight so you could begin your stretching session.
Kiba
The ruthless ache anchored deep in your pelvis made simply existing feel like an impossible task; your head ached so bad it felt like it was about to explode. You traded your jeans for sweatpants after you came home from work, and collapsed onto the edge of the mattress, waiting for the painkillers to finally kick in. You tossed and turned against the sheets, desperate for any kind of release from the discomfort.
You didn't hear the front door open, only the faint click of your bedroom door that barely registered over the hammering in your head. What gave him away was the sudden shift in the air, a clear trace of petrichor and pine creeping into the room.
Kiba leaned lazily against the doorframe, his wolf-like eyes raking over your messy form. A wicked smirk pulled at the corner of his mouth.
"Damn, you look so hot. Is all that for me?"
What was wrong with men and their weird habit of finding you hot on your absolute worst days? I'm in literal sweatpants.
You didn't even have the energy to glare at him properly. "Kiba, please, not today," you grunted, burying your feverish face into your hands. "This is not the time nor the place."
A low puff of amusement escaped him. He pushed off the wood, crossing the room with padded steps.
"Yeah, yeah, I know," he murmured. "I could smell your hormones dropping from a mile away, duh."
You let out a heavy sigh, wanting nothing more than to curl into a miserable little ball. "Then let me suffer in peace. Bye."
You didn't even get the chance to fully roll away. The mattress dipped heavily behind you, his arm surrounding your waist, keeping you in place as his broad chest pressed closer against your spine.
He buried his face in the crook of your neck, his tongue dragging a slick line against your skin. The sharp inhale he took and the soft heat of his mouth sent a comforting wave straight down your back.
"Well," he teased, his voice dropping into a rough but incredibly suggestive beat. "I know a few ways to ease the ache."
He shifted closer, his warmth acting as the perfect human heating pad against your lower back, but the friction of his hips pressing into you told a slightly different story.
"Besides," his teeth nipped against your pulse point, his feral edge completely melting into an intoxicating devotion. "This drop in your scent always drives me insane."
You finally turned to face him, staring right into his eyes. You batted your eyelashes, your defenses crumbling as he leaned in closer and captured your lips in a sweet kiss.
His left hand slid down your back, his fingers massaging firmly against your lower spine. The heavy pressure relieved the tension for a second, pulling a relieved sigh from your throat.
"Hmm, Kiba. That feels so much better," you breathed, leaning your weight completely into his hold.
"I know, baby. I gotcha," was the only thing he managed to mutter before pressing his forehead against yours. He then dropped his face to your collarbone, biting gently at the sensitive skin. He pulled the thick blanket over both of you, entwining his legs with yours so you were surrounded by his heat.
"Gosh, your body heat is literally magic," you cooed, the cramps finally starting to ease under his touch.
"See? Even when you want to kick me out, your body literally can't resist me, huh? C'mere, let me show you another way to make the pain go away."
Kakashi
Staring at merchant trade maps for six hours straight was exhausting on a good day, but doing it while your uterus felt like a literal war zone was pure torture. You had fought tooth and nail for the Village Liaison position at the Hokage's tower, but the physical toll of your cycle had entirely eclipsed any sign of your ambition today.
You had spent the entire morning trying to hide the gnawing waves of cramps that kept pulling you out of your focus, and you thought you were hiding it well enough from the rest of the tower staff, but you could never hide it from Kakashi.
He was in the building quite often most days, reviewing mission reports or tending to the Hokage’s endless requests. Lately, he had been using those tasks as a thinly veiled excuse to loiter in your workspace, casually claiming the lavender armchair in the corner as his official spot, and turning the pages of his crude orange book while you deciphered trade manifests in total silence. Except today, that silence felt heavy, charged with the weight of his unblinking attention.
He didn't stare, of course, that would be too obvious even for him, but he was a man who noticed everything. He watched the pained flicker of your eyelids when you stood up to reach a high shelf, and how you pressed your lips into a thin line every time you sank back into your chair.
He recognized the subtle signs of physical distress a little too well.
It wasn’t until he looked away from his book to check on you that he finally understood the real reason behind it. When you pulled a small blister pack of pills from your bag, his eye caught the label in a split second, the pieces clicking together right before him.
Oh, so you were feeling that kind of pain.
Now, back in the comfort of your own place after a dreadful day at the office, you groaned, trying to find a proper position in your bed. You pulled the thick duvet completely over your head as another crushing contraction tore through your abdomen and legs.
The weight of the afternoon dragged on until a knock at your front door finally broke the silence.
"Who is it?"
“Hey. It's me," came Kakashi's muffled, lazy drawl.
You dragged yourself out of bed, opening the door just a crack. He stood there in his standard casual clothes, holding a stack of trade route maps you had intentionally left behind at the archives.
"You left these on the desk," he lied effortlessly, because he knew you didn’t have any plans on bringing work home. A quick brow pinch of genuine concern betrayed his casual posture the second he saw how pale your face was.
"Thanks, Kakashi, but honestly... not today. I clocked out thirty minutes ago," you mumbled, leaning your head against the doorframe, far too exhausted to deal with office talk, or any talk for that matter.
“I see… It’s fine. Why don’t you go get some rest? I'll just leave these on the kitchen island.” His eye curved into a softened gaze as he blatantly ignored your dismissal, slipping right past you and into your apartment. You were in too much pain to argue.
“Right. Just don’t… mind the mess, please,” you sighed in defeat, promptly retreating back to the dark sanctuary of your bedroom.
When you finally woke up from a two-hour nap, the simmering coil in your stomach had dulled to a manageable ache, so you decided to stand up and at least tidy up what you could. But the moment you shuffled out into the living room, you stopped dead in your tracks.
It wasn't deep-cleaned, but the piles and piles of stray papers were organized. The coffee mug you’d left out was rinsed alongside the small pile of dirty dishes from the night before, and the heart-warming smell of a covered bowl of fresh Okayu drifted from the stove.
Sitting on the kitchen counter, right next to a glass of water and a blister pack of the exact same painkillers he had seen you taking, was his worn, overfamiliar orange book. A small sticky note was slapped onto the cover, his characteristically messy handwriting scribbled hastily across the paper.
“Hopefully this helps you laugh a bit through the pain :) It usually works for me. I’ll come by later. — K”
Shino
You were the type who treated physical ailments like a personal challenge. While most people would immediately reach for a bottle of pain relievers, you preferred to raw dog your way through it.
Every. Single. Time.
Today, however, the twisting cramps in your lower abdomen were testing all limits of your resolve.
You were curled tightly on the edge of the living room rug, your jaw locked as you forcefully tried to focus on the scroll in your lap. A vicious spike of pain tore through your core again, pulling a small gasp from your throat.
Shino had been observing you from the other side of the room for the last ten minutes. His dark glasses completely concealed his eyes, but his (hyper) focused posture gave him away. He noticed your shallow breathing and the way your knuckles turned stark white against the parchment every second, and at this point, he'd had enough.
He knew your stubbornness intimately, he knew you way too well, aware that if he offered a soothing cup of medicinal tea or suggested you lie down, your knee-jerk reaction would be to wave him off.
So, he simply bypassed the argument at once.
His ghost-like footsteps barely registered before he dropped onto the floor right behind you. His arms slid around your waist, pulling your back flush against his solid chest, his soothing touch already consuming you.
"Shino, I'm fine," you grunted, though your voice lacked any real conviction.
"You are not! Why? Because your body language suggests otherwise." His deep voice was a rumble against your spine. "And you do not have to prove your endurance to me."
He didn't give you the chance to argue. His hands found their way under your sweater and moved to rest directly over your stomach. The hum of his chakra resonated against your skin as he quietly ordered his kikaichu to disperse across your abdomen, completely hidden beneath the fabric layers.
A flowing heat bloomed across your skin. It was far more effective than anything you could’ve tried, melting into your muscles and making you relax instantly. The relief was so jarring that a heavy sigh ripped its way out of your chest, making your hardheaded posture completely dissolve as your head fell back onto his shoulder.
"Better," he wooed, his thumb gently stroking the skin near your waistband.
"Sneaky," you breathed through a small chuckle, closing your eyes to relax under his touch.
"Efficiency requires a silent approach," he cooed, adjusting his high-collared coat to completely envelop you in his warmth.
Naruto
“Shiiit,” you cursed as you dropped the laundry basket. The loud clatter of plastic spilling clothes echoed against the hardwood as you sank down right beside it, completely winded. The pain in your lower back finally peaked into an overpowering cramp.
The front door swung open, hitting the wall with a loud thump.
"I'm HOOOOOME—" Naruto's happy voice rang through the apartment, cutting off into a gasp as he saw you on the floor. He took in the scattered laundry and your trembling form curled on the floor, tension gripping his jaw.
He dropped his takeout bags and crossed the distance in a millisecond, dropping to his knees with panic in his eyes. "Who did this? Are we under attack? What happened?“ he babbled.
His hands hovered over your body like he was terrified he might break you, inspecting you for any signs of injuries.
"Naruto," you croaked, taking a deep breath, "It's just my cycle."
He blinked.
The trepidation fully drained from his face, replaced by pure relief.
"Oh. Oh." He let out a nervous laugh, awkwardly rubbing the back of his neck. "Right. Okay. Yeah, yeah, I totally knew that."
He scooped you right off the floor, pulling your frame flush against his chest.
His body ran notoriously hot, so the immediate friction of his skin against yours acted like a giant human heating pad against your cramping muscles.
"I brought Ichiraku for you," he coaxed, carrying you toward the bedroom. He deposited you carefully onto the mattress, pulling the blanket right up to your chin.
"Don't move, I'll be right back."
He sprinted back down the hall to retrieve the abandoned takeout and returned with the brown bags, crawling in beside you to share his body heat once again.
"We are getting you comfortable, and I am feeding you noodles until you feel better," his voice losing its goofy edge and settling into something more tender, more caring.
You didn't even have the energy to say you weren't really hungry as he unpacked the takeout containers directly onto the bed. He blew on a cluster of noodles to cool them down for you, completely determined to heal your pain with pork broth and his unadulterated love.
Sasuke
You were staring at the glass jar on the kitchen counter with burning rage. What should have been a minor inconvenience had quickly escalated into a wave of hormonal fury.
The metal lid refused to budge, your hands shaking as you twisted it again, the friction burning your skin.
“Why won’t you open, you little—”
Sasuke leaned against the doorframe, silently watching you wage war against the inanimate object. It was almost funny.
Almost.
But he knew any wrong move would result in that havoc being projected somewhere else, or worse, onto someone else. He was smarter than that; he would not volunteer as a tribute to this impending massacre happening in the kitchen of your shared house.
When you finally slammed the jar down and let out a frustrated sob, he pushed off the wood. He knew your cycle made your emotions swing out of control, way more than you even admitted most of the time, turning the smallest obstacles into total tragedies.
He stepped into the room, closing the distance between you. Reaching past your shoulder, he took the glass from your grip, gave it a single twist, and the lid popped open.
“Thank you, Sasuke…” You could barely look at him. “It's stupid," you choked out, wiping the tears of frustration spilling over your lashes. "I'm just so mad for no reason."
Sasuke set the jar aside and took you in his gaze. He didn't offer a logical solution or tell you to calm down, because he knew that would only make the situation infinitely worse. Instead, he turned you around and pulled you tight against his body.
"I know," he hushed, his fingers tangling into your hair to gently press your face into the crook of his neck.
You gripped his shirt, letting the irrational anger and frustration evaporate. He steadied you right there in the middle of the kitchen, swaying you slightly to calm you down in the ways he knew best.
"Take your time," he breathed against your temple, his reassuring presence absorbing every ounce of your oscillating mood.
Itachi
You had spent the last twenty minutes reorganizing the books and scrolls on Itachi's bookshelf. His diligent nature usually made this a calming task for you, and you took pride in helping him, but today, you were desperate to burn off the stifling wave of hormonal anxiety clawing at your chest.
Every little thing felt too intense.
The binding of a heavy medical text refused to sit properly against the others, and the minor inconvenience actually made your eyes burn with frustrated tears.
“Why can’t you stay put—” you hissed, forcefully shoving the book into place.
"The categorizations are color-coded, yet you have placed anatomy in the center of the summoning section."
You jumped violently, and your shoulder slammed hard into the edge of the wooden shelf.
“Oh, fuck,” you hissed, instinctively grabbing your collarbone as the stinging pain radiated down your arm.
The room fell dead silent.
Itachi was standing in the doorway. You hadn't even sensed his presence until now, but his dark eyes were already analyzing the tense line of your spine.
"Are you alright?”
"I'm fine." You swallowed hard, turning around and forcing a counterfeit smile. "It's just my shoulder. I’m… doing some rearranging."
He didn't even blink.
He stepped fully into the room, his presence crowding out your messy energy. "I did not take you for the kind that would ever lie," he observed, stopping just a breath away from you. "Especially to me."
The gentle chastise completely dissolved your defenses. Your fake smile faded while your hands dropped uselessly to your sides, the exhaustion of your mood swing finally showing.
“Sorry, ‘tachi. I guess my body is just being difficult," you whispered, feeling ridiculous in front of him. "I'm overwhelmed for absolutely no reason.”
He reached out, his long fingers catching your wrist to guide you away from the shelf. With all the care in the world, he gathered you into his arms, wrapping you in a cocoon of his radiating warmth and safety.
"You do not need a reason to seek comfort,” he cooed, his chin coming to rest gently on the crown of your head.
You surrendered instantly, burying your face in the soft cotton of his black yukata. His hand settled firmly between your shoulder blades, his thumb mapping a slow circle to anchor your racing thoughts. He was content to just stand there and hold you together until the storm in your mind and body passed.

His single thought in this moment is on you, and he does everything he can to match his breaths with your own.
He might even take the weights off to see just how far he can push himself.
See, sex is a sport for him, and he loves to win gold. The only time he comes first is when his partner cums first. Second. Third. Forth. And fifth. And then maybe he'll cum. Even if he doesn't cum, he has fun if his partner does. He's all about that rush and seeing heaven in your eyes. And boy, does that man see those gates in you.
Until the one time he's not.
And that time?
Oh that time...
Hard, fast, and filled with the single thought of 'cum, cum, cum' until he's flooding every hole you have until you're ruined by the bliss that is Might Guy.
No one could quite figure out how you and Might Guy had ended up together. On paper, it didn't make any sense.
The Nara clan was known for two things above all else: their Shadow Possession Technique... and their frighteningly high intelligence.
You'd always been one to observe before acting, quietly analyzing every angle before making a move. Calm, composed, and endlessly patient, you preferred strategy over impulse and silence over unnecessary conversation.
Which was exactly why one thing had never made sense to your younger cousin, Shikamaru.
Your choice in boyfriend.
Guy...
Well, Guy was Guy.
He was awake before the sun, pushing himself to his limits while loudly announcing every victory to anyone within earshot—whether they wanted to hear it or not.
He threw himself into everything with his whole heart, all in the name of youth.
He challenged Kakashi to competitions so frequently that most people just assumed they were always competing over something.
He was loud.
Dramatic.
Ridiculously earnest.
And somehow...
He was yours.
It was a pairing that confused nearly everyone in the Hidden Leaf.
"Seriously?" Shikamaru blurts one afternoon as Guy enthusiastically challenges Kakashi to yet another race around the training grounds. "What do you even see in him?"
The conversation dies instantly.
Every head turns toward you.
Even Kakashi lowers his book just enough for one eye to peek over the top.
Not because he doesn't know the answer.
Because he knows exactly what's coming.
Still, he sets his book down to humor his friend, despite having no intention of running after him.
You glance toward the field.
Guy is already halfway through proclaiming something about the Flames of Youth, sprinting ahead of Kakashi with enough enthusiasm to make up for Kakashi's complete lack of it.
Without realizing it, you smile.
"He makes me laugh."
Silence.
"...That's it?" Ino asks.
You shrug, the smile never leaving your face.
"Every day."
As if on cue, Guy catches his foot on a training post.
He stumbles.
Recovers with an unnecessary flip.
Throws both thumbs into the air.
"THE POWER OF YOUTH CANNOT BE DETERRED!"
You laugh.
Not the quiet, polite chuckle people occasionally coaxed from you.
Not the faint smile your clan had long since accepted as the most emotion you'd ever willingly show.
You laugh.
Openly.
Warmly.
The kind that makes your shoulders shake and your eyes crinkle.
The kind that escapes before you can think to hold it back.
The kind almost no one has ever heard from you before.
The group simply watches.
"...Oh."
Kakashi hides the knowing smile tugging at his face behind his book once more.
"There it is."
Naruto blinks between the two of you.
"So..."
"She wasn't kidding," Shikamaru mutters.
"Nope."
"He really does make her laugh."
Kiba throws both hands into the air.
"Are your standards on the ground?!"
"No."
You watch as Guy notices you across the field.
The moment he does, his face lights up like the sunrise he'd insisted on greeting that morning.
He abandons whatever race he was supposedly running just long enough to wave both arms over his head.
"They're just different from yours."
Guy beams before dramatically blowing you a kiss across the training grounds.
With practiced ease, you lift your hand, catch the imaginary kiss from the air, and press it gently against your chest.
His grin somehow grows even wider.
You can't help the quiet snort that slips out before another laugh follows.
Naruto points at you like he's uncovered a secret.
"She did it again!"
"Did what?" you ask innocently, your eyes still following the man dressed in green.
"That!"
"What?"
"The laugh!"
Everyone turns toward Shikamaru.
He sighs, sounding far more resigned than annoyed.
"...She doesn't laugh like that with anyone else."
"...Seriously?" Sakura asks.
"Seriously."
A comfortable silence settles over the group as they watch Guy enthusiastically launch into another speech about youth for Kakashi's benefit.
For once, no one is looking at Guy.
They're all looking at you.
At the softness in your eyes.
At the smile you haven't bothered to hide.
At the way your gaze follows him without you even realizing it.
"...Huh," Ino murmurs.
Kiba scratches the back of his head.
"...Still weird."
You simply smile to yourself.
Maybe it didn't make sense on paper.
Maybe, by every logical standard the Nara clan had ever lived by, it shouldn't have worked.
But love had never cared much for logic.
And every single day, without fail...
Might Guy gave you another reason to laugh.

The sun kissed the garden patio where the group of ladies sat — drinks sweating on the table, little cakes barely touched, and her lip gloss glinting every time she burst out laughing.
“Wait — so you're telling me Iruka had your nails done with you?”
She nearly choked on her peach bellini tea, giggling behind her fingers as her friend, now Iruka’s girlfriend, nodded with pride.
“Yes! He said if I was gonna spend an hour in a chair, he might as well sit next to me. He picked this color, too.”
She held up her hand, fingers fluttering. “He said it reminded him of coral reefs and peace.”
The curvy beauty blinked dramatically at her friend. “Girl. Be serious. That man wears a ponytail and teaches children — what does he know about nail color?”
“Apparently everything,” she said with a dreamy sigh.
Across from the curvy beauty was her other friend, Yamato’s girlfriend, sipping her jasmine tea quietly, her eyes calm, her lips curved just slightly.
“And you?” She asked her other taken friend, leaning in. “Don’t think I didn’t notice that little bruise on your neck last week. Tree boy got hands?”
She didn’t flinch. Just looked down into her cup.
“Yamato’s... thoughtful,” she said gently.
That was all she said.
But the smile didn’t fade.
She gawked at her friend. “Okay, ew. You’re both in full-on simp mode.”
“It’s not simping,” Iruka’s girlfriend said, popping a bit of mochi into her mouth. “It’s what happens when you realize nice guys aren’t boring — they’re just lowkey freaks with feelings.”
She rolled her eyes playfully. “You say that now, but I’ve seen Iruka get overwhelmed by too many side dishes at lunch.”
“And yet he still folded me like laundry last night,” she said, not even blinking.
Yamato’s girlfriend choked on her tea.
And the curvy beauty howled.
Across the table, Kaito sat stiff, arms crossed, saying nothing. And the curvy beauty was too busy laughing to notice.
“Okay, but seriously,” She said, giggling. “You two are, like... in love with kind men. Who makes soup and wears sensible shoes. This is scary behavior.”
“Oh, please,” Iruka’s girlfriend scoffed. “You spend more time with Might Guy than any of us do with our boyfriends.”
Yamato’s girl quietly added:
“You call him your ‘daily motivation.’”
She grinned. She couldn't deny that. “Because he is motivational! He got me to do four squats in heels. That’s basically a religious experience.”
Kaito’s fork hit his plate with a sharp clink.
“Do you even hear yourself?” he muttered.
Cluelessly, she turned to her boyfriend, surprised. “Huh?”
He didn’t look at the curvy beauty. Just shook his head. “Never mind.”
She blinked. Her friends didn’t say a word.
The moment passed, awkward and tight.
But she just smiled, sipped her tea again, and asked:
“Anyway, what else did the emotionally stable boyfriends do this week?”
Later that night, the takeout sat between them both, half-eaten and cooling quickly. She was talking with her hands, animated, recounting something dumb that happened on her last mission — something about Guy accidentally doing pushups into a bush and her laughing so hard she snorted through her nose.
She was still mid-laugh when she noticed Kaito hadn’t smiled once.
He was just… staring at her.
“Kaito?” she asked, smile fading. “You good?”
“Yeah.” His voice was clipped. “Totally great hearing you talk about him for the last hour.”
She blinked. “Guy?”
“Do you talk about anyone else?”
Her lips parted. “What? We’re just friends—”
“Are you?” His tone was sharper now. “Because I swear, every other sentence out of your mouth is Guy this, Guy that, Guy made me protein pancakes with a smiley face this morning.”
She rolled her eyes, still not catching the storm building. “Oh my.... You’re seriously jealous of Might Guy?”
“You don’t see it?” he said, louder now. “The way you light up when you talk about him. How you drop everything to hang out with him? The way you act like he’s your boyfriend instead of me?”
“That’s not fair!” She snapped, confused and stung. “Guy’s just always been around. He’s one of my closest friends—he makes me laugh! He gets me. That doesn’t mean I’m into him!”
Kaito leaned forward, voice trembling.
“But you trust him with everything. You talk about your day with him. You let him into your apartment at midnight because he ‘brought you a post-workout bento.’ You hold his hand when you're sad, for godsakes. And when you’re happy. And when you’re bored!”
She shook her head. “It’s not like that. We’re just—”
“You let him carry you on his back after missions.”
“He’s Guy. That’s just how we are.”
He looked at her like she’d said something ridiculous. Like she was lying and didn’t even know it.
“You don’t even realize it,” he muttered.
She crossed her arms, defensive. “I’m telling you, we’re friends. He’s like—like a puppy! With muscles. And eyebrows.”
Kaito didn’t laugh.
His voice came out quiet this time. Bitter.
“So when I touch you, it’s too much. But when he calls you beautiful and lifts you onto his lap like it’s nothing, that’s just ‘friendly’?”
“…what are you talking about?”
He shook his head. “I’m not gonna beg for space in my own relationship.”
“I’m not with him!” She cried.
“But you’re not really with me either,” he said softly.
The silence that followed was dense. Humid with disbelief.
She froze. Jaw clenched. Eyes stinging without permission.
Then, quietly, Kaito stood. Picked up his jacket. Didn’t look back.
“I hope someday you realize the difference between friendship and the person you run to when your heart hurts.”
The door closed behind him.
And for the first time… she didn’t know who to call.
Except…
One name already lingered on her lips.
But that just made her squeeze her eyes shut harder.
Because Might Guy was just her best friend.
…Right?
Might Guy opened the door to a blur of tears and shaky breath.
“Hey,” His voice was gentle but alarmed — all brightness dimmed in a flash when he saw his sweet girl trembling on his doorstep. “Oh no…”
She didn’t even get a word out before she flung her arms around him, burying her face in his broad chest. His warmth swallowed her whole. The familiar scent of eucalyptus and aftershave made her tears come faster, not once slowing down.
“He broke up with me,” she choked.
Again.
Guy didn’t say anything at first — just held her tight. His arms wrapped around her without hesitation, big palms soothing over her back as if he already understood. She clung to him like a child to a kite string in a storm, fists scrunching the fabric of his shirt as she sobbed.
His chin tucked softly over her head.
“I’m so sorry, my youthful flower…” he said softly. “He wasn’t worthy of your brilliance anyway.”
She sniffled, heart squeezed tight. “He said… he said I treat you like my boyfriend.”
Guy paused.
But only for a beat.
“…And how’s that a bad thing?” he said, trying for lightness.
She gave a broken laugh — equal parts watery and confused. “He said I always run to you. That every time something good happens, I call you. Every time something bad happens, I come to you. I fell asleep texting you. I let you cook for me and train me and rub my feet and—” She stopped herself, suddenly blinking. “...Oh.”
Guy tilted his head. “Oh?”
She blinked again. Slower. “...Oh my god.”
“Yes?”
“He’s right,” She said, horrified. “Oh my god, he’s right! I do all that. I—I literally came here crying over him again. I literally—I called you before anyone else. I always call you. I always come here. I—I don’t even think about it anymore.”
Her lip quivered. “I didn’t even try to go to anyone else. I came right to you.”
Guy reached for her face, brushing away a tear with his thumb.
“Hey, hey. Listen to me.”
“I’m such a hypocrite,” she whispered, more to herself than him. “I keep swearing we’re just friends, but… I’m proving his point every time.”
“No,” Guy said firmly, still so gentle. “You’re just the kind of person who gives her heart to people who feel safe. That’s not a flaw. It’s… radiant.”
She blinked up at him, still crying, overwhelmed and confused.
“I’m sorry I keep doing this to you,” she murmured, leaning into his touch.
“There’s nothing to be sorry for,” he said quickly, smiling softly and steadily. “I’m happy to be here for you. Every time. Always.”
She hiccupped. Sniffled. Wiped her face with her sleeve.
“…You think if I were hotter, they’d stop breaking up with me?”
Guy blinked. “Huh?”
She nodded quickly, lips pouty and earnest. “It has to be that. I’m cute! But not like… hot-hot. If I had a revenge body, maybe they’d take me seriously.”
His brows furrowed. “I don't think—”
“I need to lose, like, fifteen pounds. Not a big deal! I’ll be tight and toned in no time.”
“You’re beautiful as you are,” he said sincerely, resting a hand over his heart. “Anyone who makes you doubt that is lacking in vision.”
She sniffled again. “Aw… you’re sweet.”
He gave her a lopsided smile. “I’m honest.”
She let out a weak laugh. “That’s why you’re my best friend. The best-est, ever. You’re basically a motivational poster with great calves.”
“…Thank you?” he chuckled, scratching the back of his neck.
She snapped her fingers. “Wait! That’s it! You’re strong. You’ve got stamina. You literally do 10,000 push-ups before breakfast.”
“I—Well… Not every day—”
“Guy. You’re gonna be my personal trainer.”
He looked alarmed. “Wh—Me??”
“You’re perfect!” she beamed through her tears. “You’re the one person I can trust to help me reach my hottest self. And the only one who won’t judge me when I inevitably collapse and cry for cookies.”
“…Cookies?”
“Guy,” she said gravely. “We need a reward system.”
He laughed — loud and full-bodied, but still flushed with worry. “I-I suppose I could make a training plan…”
“Yes! My best friend! My fitness sensei!”
She threw her arms around him again. And again, he held her — a little slower this time.
But with the same warmth.
The same care.
The same silent hope…
Maybe someday, she’d run to him — because of him.
Not because someone else let her down.
*A Few Weeks Later*
“I haven’t lost anything. Not a single pound.”
She glared down at the scale like it had personally insulted her, stepping off dramatically and jabbing at it with her toe.
Might Guy blinked. “But your form’s improved! You’ve been so consistent—!”
“You’ve been feeding me like a spoiled princess,” she huffed, arms crossed. “Every time I finish a workout, it’s ‘great job, now here’s a bento box’ or ‘let’s get dumplings as a reward.’”
His brows furrowed in confusion. “A reward system encourages morale and recovery!”
She pouted deeper. “It encourages me to get chunkier!”
Guy gasped, scandalized. “Never! You are radiant, powerful, and—!”
“Chubby!”
He paused. “Chubby… with charm!”
She groaned and flopped onto the floor, arms sprawled like a pancake. “Ugh. Maybe my metabolism’s just trash.”
As he knelt beside the curvy beauty—ready to launch into another rousing speech—she caught sight of a corner of her fitness magazine pile peeking out from under the couch.
With a groan, she dragged one out.
“Don’t mind these,” she muttered, flipping through the creased pages. “Just desperate girl stuff. I've tried almost everything here—except…”
Her voice trailed off.
Guy tilted his head.
“…Except?” he echoed.
She turned the magazine around and pointed to a highlighted section:
Burn 200+ Calories With Just One Round! (Yes, That Kind of Cardio 😉)
His entire body stilled.
Then: “W-What?!”
“Don’t look at me like that!” she squeaked. “I only highlighted it because it had numbers. Math is motivating!”
“I—! You—!” He gently took the magazine from her hands, squinting at the bold font and questionable diagrams. “This isn’t even citing a source!”
She burst into nervous laughter. “I mean, technically it’s exercise…”
Guy cleared his throat, clearly rattled. “Y-you would need a partner for that kind of workout.”
“Well,” she said slowly, eyes drifting toward him. “My best friend is a top-level taijutsu expert and already guides all my physical training…”
His jaw dropped. “Y-You mean—?!”
“No!” she yelped, face heating up. “I was joking!”
“Ah—ha, yes, joking!” he laughed, way too loud. “Haha! That would be… ridiculous!”
“…Hilarious,” she muttered, suddenly very interested in the carpet.
And yet, she returned the next day.
Sweaty, sore, and annoyed. Again.
Her weight hadn’t budged. Again.
And this time, Guy looked like he had something to say.
When he handed her the clipboard, she took it warily.
It wasn’t a grocery list.
It was a schedule.
Monday – Flexibility Training
Tuesday – Core + Glutes
Wednesday – Controlled Intimacy Reps (Test Phase)
Thursday – Rest
Friday – Mutual Stamina Conditioning
...And so on.
Her eyes bulged.
Her voice cracked.
“You’re not seriously suggesting we do this.”
Guy was already halfway through nervously patting his own face dry with a hand towel. “I mean—! Not unless you—! I just thought—!”
They both stared at each other.
Dead silence.
“…This is the weirdest fitness plan I’ve ever followed.”
He nodded rapidly. “It’s just theoretical! Hypothetical! Anatomical!”
She snorted. “You made a sexercise schedule.”
“It’s—science!”
“…You spelled ‘aftercare’ wrong.”
He blinked, flustered.
She flopped the clipboard against her chest, hiding her face behind it with a muffled, nervous groan. “I can't believe it. What are we doing?”
Guy rubbed the back of his neck, ears burning.
“…Something very, very responsible?”
She peeked over the top of the clipboard, face burning.
“…Guess we better stretch first.”
He nodded, face just as flustered.
“Yeah. Safety first.”
The bedroom was tidy, almost too tidy — like he’d cleaned it twice but couldn’t quite get rid of the panic.
She knelt on the edge of the bed, magazine splayed between her and Guy like some kind of forbidden scroll. Her cheeks were burning. His were worse.
“I-I think this one has the most core engagement,” she mumbled, tapping an article that definitely did not look G-rated.
Guy peered over her shoulder, trying very hard not to breathe too close. “It requires... intense coordination.”
She swallowed hard, scanning the page. “And this one’s more of a flexibility thing, I guess... good for toning.”
“Ah, yes. Hip mobility. Very important.” He nodded seriously, like this was a sparring match strategy session.
The silence stretched.
Then, shyly, she added, “…We’re really doing this, huh?”
His fingers rubbed at the edge of the magazine. “Just for the data. Your goals. Helping a friend.”
She tilted her head. “Right. Like a science fair project.”
He gave a very nervous thumbs-up.
They both stared at the page again.
Then—
“…Should we talk about, um… supplies?”
He blinked. “Supplies?”
“Y’know… protection. Safe sex stuff.” Her voice dropped to a whisper, like it was a secret code. “Even if it’s for science, we’re not trying to get other results.”
Guy made a strangled noise in his throat. “I—I—I assumed you’d bring—! I mean—! I do have—!”
He jumped up and practically sprinted to his dresser, pulling open a drawer like it was on fire. After rummaging frantically, he came back with a small unopened box.
He held it out like it might bite him.
“Are these... adequate?”
She blinked. “You have condoms?”
“I’m a grown man!” he said quickly—too quickly. “With... proper health supplies!”
She stared at him, then broke into a helpless giggle. “You’re so prepared.”
He scratched the back of his head, smiling sheepishly. “You deserve safe, supported training.”
The words made her heart stutter.
She scooted a little closer, knees nearly brushing. “And you deserve... trust. So… thank you.”
Guy’s gaze softened. “You can always trust me.”
Another beat of silence.
Then, very softly, she asked:
“Should we start?”
He hesitated, then nodded. “Let’s... warm up first.”
They both stared at each other, blushing and anxious, and sitting in front of a sexercise magazine like it was a nuclear launch plan.
This was happening.
Sort of.
Maybe.
(For science.)
When the moment came, it was quiet.
Still.
Warm with tension — the kind that made her pulse race and her thoughts scatter. She stood beside the bed, eyes flicking toward the magazine still splayed open on the nightstand. It was just a fitness plan. Just a training schedule.
Just… science.
But the way Might Guy looked at her now — brows furrowed in concern and admiration both — it didn’t feel like just anything.
She inhaled shakily. “S-So… do we, um… start?”
He gave a short, tight nod, smile earnest but obviously flustered.
“If you’re ready,” he said, voice lower than normal — not seductive, not practiced. Just kind. Nervous. Real.
They both stood frozen a beat too long.
Then slowly… hesitantly…
She reached for the hem of her workout top and peeled it off.
His eyes widened.
She stood in her bra and shorts — soft, thick, flushed all over. Her arms instinctively came up to cover her belly.
“I-I know I’m not like, you know…” she trailed off, voice weak, eyes downcast.
Guy blinked. Then blinked again.
And then — with a small, stunned shake of his head — he stepped forward and gently caught her wrists, lowering them.
“Beautiful,” he said with complete sincerity. “You are… radiant. Full of strength. And softness.”
Her heart thudded wildly.
He smiled, rubbing the back of his neck, cheeks pink. “A-and… if we’re gonna start our, uh… scientific session… I should make sure your muscles are fully prepared. Right?”
She blinked up at him.
“…You’re gonna massage me?”
He cleared his throat. “W-warm-up! Very normal in any workout.”
She giggled shyly, then nodded and turned to sit on the bed, her back facing him.
A long pause.
Then his strong, calloused hands pressed gently into his curvy best friend's shoulders.
She exhaled on contact.
“Mmm—ohhh…”
His touch was heavenly — thumbs kneading along the slope of her neck, fingers working down between her shoulder blades. Slow, deliberate strokes. He lingered over every soft inch, jaw clenched with concentration.
“You’re so tense,” he murmured.
“You’re the one touching me, Guy,” she whined playfully, squirming as he hit a spot near her spine.
He chuckled low, then continued — hands gliding over her back, tracing down to her lower waist. She gasped when his fingers gently slipped beneath the waistband of her shorts.
“I-Is this okay?” he asked, voice hoarse.
She nodded breathlessly. “Uh-huh…”
He eased them down, slowly exposing her backside — plush and dimpled and glowing. His breath caught, but he didn’t say a word. Instead, his palms smoothed over the backs of her thighs, kneading tenderly, then down her legs, and back up again.
She whimpered softly, her body melting under his reverent touch.
He lingered at her hips, thumbs brushing over the soft curve of her sides, fingers grazing the subtle jiggle there. Then, without a word, he gently guided her to lie back on the bed — full cheeks, thick thighs, bare belly all exposed beneath him.
She watched with flushed cheeks as he finally pulled his shirt off, revealing his golden, toned torso. And then his pants dropped — leaving only boxers between him and full vulnerability.
That was when she saw it.
His briefs were being strained by a very clear, very hard outline.
Her mouth went dry.
Guy scrambled to cover it. “S-sorry! I-It’s reflexive! Muscle memory!”
She just squeaked and covered her face.
“It’s okay!” she said, voice high-pitched. “You—You’re… you’re just excited for the workout! Right?”
He nodded furiously. “Y-yes! Right! Extremely excited! Hah! Heh… ha…”
Still flushed, she slowly crawled into his lap.
She hovered above him, still soft and sweet from his hands — flushed from the massage, skin tingling, brain foggy with nervous delight.
And Might Guy lay beneath her, boxers gone, legs braced, condom in place… his length thick, pulsing, and absolutely not what she'd expected from her sunshine of a best friend.
“Oh…”
Her eyes widened at the sight of him — long, veiny, heavy between his muscular thighs.
“Th-That’s… huge…”
Guy flushed bright red and pressed a hand to his forehead in that classic bashful pose.
“W-We don’t have to do anything you’re not ready for!” he blurted. “This is just… j-just scientific exploration! High-level research!”
But her legs were already settling around him.
She wanted this. All of it.
He noticed the tremble in her fingers as she reached down, and gently, he reached back — lacing his fingers with hers.
“Here,” he murmured. “Hold my hands. For support.”
Her heart fluttered at the gesture — so sweet and secure. She nodded, squeezing back.
“Okay… I’m gonna—just…”
She sank down onto him.
A long, shuddering gasp slipped from her lips.
“Ah—! O-Oh my god—Guy—”
His hips twitched at his sweet curvy friend's sweet voice, a deep moan torn from his throat as her heat squeezed around his girth.
“You’re doing so well,” he breathed. “S-So tight… You’re amazing…”
She whimpered, breath catching, her legs shaking as she lowered fully onto him.
His hands gripped hers tighter, grounding her as she filled herself inch by inch — his cock stretching her wide, making her feel every thick ridge and pulse.
When he bottomed out, she whimpered again — leaning forward, chest pressed to his as she panted against his shoulder.
“I-I can feel you… Here—” she breathed, guiding his hand to her pudgy lower belly. “You’re so deep…”
His eyes darkened as he felt it — the pressure beneath her skin, his cock buried to the base.
“That’s… all me…?” he whispered.
“Uh-huh…”
The air was thick with tension. With want. With awe.
Then — she moved.
She began to bounce, hips rolling gently at first, her hands still locked with his.
Slap. Slap. Slap.
Each soft smack of her thighs against his sent heat spiraling through her. She picked up speed, finding a rhythm.
“You’re doing incredible,” Guy groaned, voice low now, “Keep going—just like that!”
The more she rode him, the more confident she became — moaning louder, bouncing harder, the mattress creaking beneath them. Her hands tightened around his.
Her belly jiggled. Her breasts bounced.
And Guy watched her — eyes wide, jaw slack, like she was the most beautiful thing he’d ever seen.
“Y-You’re so… so sexy like this,” he breathed. “P-Perfect reps… perfect technique…”
She let out a whimpery giggle — still that ditzy, sugar-sweet tone — but her motions slowed.
It felt too good.
She gave in to the ache and started grinding instead, hips rolling in wide, sensual circles.
The friction was perfect that way — her slick folds dragging over his thick length, her belly pressing to his.
His breath caught. “Wh-Why’d you stop bouncing…?”
She bit her lip, eyes fluttering. “F-Feels so good like this… can’t help it…”
His hips bucked beneath her instinctively.
But then she whimpered — voice softer now, trembling.
“I’m… I’m tired…”
He blinked up at her, dazed and concerned. “Y-You wanna stop?”
“I don’t wanna stop,” she pouted. “I just… I can’t bounce anymore…”
She was still holding his hands — knuckles white with effort — but her body had slowed, grinding down with breathless, lazy pleasure.
And that’s when his grip changed.
Still gentle, still reverent — but now firm.
He released one hand and brought it to her belly. Gripped her pudgy stomach and hip with a strength that made her gasp.
“Then I’ll help,” he growled, voice husky and low. “We finish what we started.”
She whined his name as he guided her hips back into motion — bouncing her on his lap with controlled, strong thrusts from below.
Slap. Slap. Slap.
Her nails dug into his other hand as she cried out, head thrown back, thighs trembling.
“I-It’s so big—! I-I can’t—!”
“Yes, you can,” he whispered, holding her steady. “You are.”
Her skin was soaked with sweat. His chest was heaving. Her hips were moving again — fast and sloppy, as moans and whimpers filled the room.
Her mind went soft. Dizzy.
All she could feel was him. Inside her. Beneath her. Helping her. Encouraging her. Guiding her.
She bounced. Ground. Sobbed his name.
And then, like fire licking her spine—
She shattered.
Her body clenched around him. Her voice cracked into a high wail. She clung to his shoulders and came hard.
He caught her, groaned, and thrusted once more — deep, hard, all the way in.
His hand stayed on her belly. His breath punched out in a moan.
He came too — hot, thick, still wrapped safely in the condom as he throbbed inside his curvy bestie.
Silence.
Then her arms went limp. She collapsed on top of him, cheek pressed to his sweaty chest, legs shaking.
He held her.
Neither of them said a word.
Just the soft rise and fall of breath. The afterglow. The soft squeeze of her hand in his.
Eventually, she whispered:
“…Think I burned a few calories?”
He chuckled — hoarse, dazed.
“Think we broke personal records.”
It wasn’t supposed to become a routine.
At first, they were both laughing about it. Some ridiculous fitness magazines promise calorie burn through sex positions.
“Just for science,” she joked.
“Once a week, tops,” he swore.
But now?
Now it is happening almost every day.
What started as a cheeky “fitness experiment” had turned into something neither of them could really control. Something they pretended was still just training.
The laminated “workout” chart pinned to his fridge didn’t help:
Mon – Cowgirl Core Day
Tue – Reverse Endurance
Wed – Stretch + Massage
Thu – Doggy Flexibility
Fri – Mirror Conditioning
Sat – Lap Cardio
Sun – Rest… unless requested otherwise
And tonight? Tonight was supposed to be a rest day.
She was tired. A little pouty. A little sweaty. She collapsed onto the bed after squats and flopped into his lap with a whine about her thighs still aching.
“Want me to take care of it?” he’d offered, all warm hands and soft smiles.
She didn’t even mean to end up in his lap like this. But somehow, now she was sitting on his cock, her back pressed against his chest, her legs parted wide over his knees, her hands gripping his thick forearms like they were the only thing holding her together.
Because they were.
Might Guy was doing all the work.
His arms wrapped around her middle, one hand gripping her soft thigh and the other pressing into her plush belly — firm and reverent and grounding.
“You’re doing great,” he murmured warmly into her ear, between heavy, open-mouthed kisses along her neck. “Just let me take care of you. It’s a rest day, remember?”
She wasn’t doing anything but melting. Her feet didn’t even touch the floor. Her hips were bouncing only because he moved them. He was holding her — using her — up and down, up and down, onto his cock so deep it made her dizzy.
Her toes curled as her lips parted, breathy and high and gasping.
“G-Guy, I’m not even helping—”
“You are helping,” he said, like it was the most obvious thing in the world. “You’re beautiful. You’re letting me rest you. Take care of my friend.”
His hand dragged up over her belly, palm spreading across her soft tummy, and she twitched — thighs clenching, face going hot.
“D-Don’t touch that—!”
“Why not?” he said, a little teasing now, kissing her jaw. “You’ve got the cutest tummy…”
Her thighs trembled. She covered her face with one hand, letting out a desperate little giggle-groan.
“You’re so embarrassing—!”
“And you’re soft,” he added, thrusting up hard enough to lift her halfway off his lap before catching her on the way down. “Sweet. Strong. My perfect girl.”
Her nails curled into his arms. Her thighs jerked. And then, just as her head fell back in overwhelmed bliss—
She looked up.
The mirror.
He’d put it there for form checks, for posture, for alignment. That's what he said, at least. But she knew better now.
She's been watching them for weeks.
Sometimes it was fleeting—just a glance, a flicker, a flushed face turning away. But more often, it was deliberate. Addictive.
The way his body dwarfed hers. The way he cradled her, used her, held her. The way she looked, bouncing on him, held by him. Like a woman being worshiped.
Like a woman who belonged to him.
It always made her thighs clench tighter. Always made her moans rise quicker. She even—
She remembered the first time it happened. The first time she'd squirted. Soaked him. Shocked him.
“W-Was that me?” she gasped, trembling.
He was red-faced, eyes wide, grinning. “That was awesome.”
And after that? It just… kept happening. Not every time, but enough that her body now responded to him like muscle memory. Like it knew exactly what to do the second he bottomed out. Like her cunt had memorized the shape of him. The stretch. The rhythm.
And now—
Now she was seeing it all again.
Her bare, bouncing body. His thick arms wrapped around her. Her glistening thighs parted wide as he buried himself deep, again and again.
She looked ruined.
She looked worshiped.
They looked like…
“A couple,” she whispered without thinking.
His rhythm stuttered.
Her breath caught — but his hands only gripped her tighter.
She didn’t say anything else. She couldn’t. She was too full. Too fucked-out. Too caught in the way his hips kept rocking upward, slow and deep, his lips dragging along her neck as she moans bled into each other’s skin.
“Look…” she murmured again, and reached up to cup his jaw, turning his head to face the mirror too.
His breath hitched.
She watched the moment his gaze met her reflection — her eyes, her body, the way she was holding him, clinging to him like he was hers.
Like she was his.
Neither of them looked away.
Not when she reached back to fist his hair.
Not when his mouth returned to her neck, kissing her messily, reverently.
Not when she cried out and clutched him tighter as she clenched down again.
Not even as his thrusts began to stutter, his groan loud and broken into her skin — losing himself in her with a voice rough and wrecked.
They held each other through it, panting, hot and shaking, until his arms locked around her waist and her head dropped back onto his shoulder.
The mirror was still there.
So was the reflection.
So was she.
Still watching.
Still wanting.
And for a long, breathless moment… Neither of them said a word.
It started as a sweet idea.
Just a small gesture — a way to say thank you.
She’d seen the way Guy had been looking at her lately. Felt the way his hands lingered just a little longer during stretches. Heard the subtle changes in his voice when he praised her form, or held her up just a little too long after a piggyback squat session.
He always smiled.
Always encouraged.
Always made her chest ache in that warm, dizzying, more-than-best-friends kind of way.
She was tired of pretending it didn’t mean something.
So she got up early, brushed her hair a little nicer than usual, and took herself to the market. She wanted to cook for him — something protein-heavy but sweet. A reward for everything he’d done for her. And maybe, maybe… if the moment felt right…
She’d finally tell him.
That he was more than her cheerleader, her training partner, her emotional support wall of muscle.
He was the one she’d been waiting for without even knowing it.
And now, after all those weeks of brushing off her friends’ teasing, pretending the mirror hadn’t made her heart stop — pretending he wasn’t becoming hers— the curvy beauty finally understood what they’d meant.
The way she looked at him…
The way he made her feel safe and beautiful and held.
She didn’t want another thank-you session.
She wanted to be his.
So when the sweet curvy beauty turned the corner, basket swinging in hand, and caught sight of his unmistakable silhouette at the fruit stand — tall, radiant, that green jumpsuit unmistakable in any crowd — her heart skipped a beat.
And she smiled.
This was it.
She was going to surprise him — wrap her arms around him, offer to cook, maybe drop a few flirtier lines than usual just to test the waters. She’d giggle. He’d blush. And if it went really well…
Maybe she’ll finally tell him what he meant to her.
But then—
She slowed down, smile fading.
Because standing beside him — too close, way too close — was this woman.
Tall. Pretty. Laughing too loudly. And touching him.
Right there — her hand brushing his forearm like she had a right to. Like she knew him.
Like his sweet besite didn’t.
Her steps stopped entirely.
He was smiling.
That smile. Her smile.
The one he gave when he was bashful, caught off guard, flattered.
Her stomach twisted.
What were they even talking about? Was she flirting? Was he letting her?
Her vision blurred for a second, but she forced herself forward — one step, then another — the basket handle nearly slipping from her hand before her grip tightened.
Her chest was thudding, eyes trained on her delicate, flirty fingers and his unbothered stance. Her Guy. her best friend. Standing there laughing with another woman, like she wasn’t just about to confess her stupid little feelings over chicken skewers and protein dumplings.
She hated it.
She hated her.
She hated how they looked together — like something she couldn’t unsee. Like something she wasn’t a part of.
And she hated how she was going to ruin it.
How stupid it all suddenly felt.
She should’ve known. Should’ve seen this coming. Guys like him didn’t wait forever. Not even for loving bimbos like herself, who took too long to get it.
But before the sadness could sink in too deeply, another feeling surged up to smother it.
Possession.
Not rage.
Not jealousy.
Just a fiery, reckless claim that screamed inside this girl's chest.
Mine.
And before she even realized what she was doing—
She charged.
“Oh my god, babe!”
She launched herself at him.
Her arms flew around his neck like a lifeline, the basket thudding to the ground behind her as her plump body collided with his — clinging to him as if anchoring herself to something solid in a world that had just tilted off its axis.
Guy’s strong arms caught her automatically, but his body stiffened in surprise.
“H-Hello!” he blurted, voice far too loud and smile painfully polite.
She lowered her head just enough to look the other woman in the eye. The other woman, who was still clutching her bag of peaches, was plainly flirting and now blinking like she had just been splashed with cold water.
She paused, shifted uncomfortably, and gave the most awkward nod before turning on her heel and making herself scarce, as if sensing she had just wandered into someone else’s territory.
She should feel victorious.
But instead… Guy’s arms were already lowering from around her.
Not harshly — never harsh — but firm. Gentle.
And when he stepped back to look at his sweet friend, the expression on his face wasn’t bashful or flustered or sweetly surprised.
It was… serious.
And disappointed.
“…What was that?” he asked, voice quiet, tight.
Her stomach dropped.
“What?” she tried, laughing a little. “I—I was just teasing. That lady was all over you—”
“She wasn’t,” he said flatly. “She asked for help picking peaches. That’s it.”
She frowned, arms crossing. “You didn’t have to smile like that.”
“I smile at everyone,” he said, tone edged. “That’s me. That’s always been me.”
“Yeah, well…” she huffed, shaky. “I didn’t like how she was looking at you.”
“And I didn’t like how you grabbed me like that out of nowhere!”
She flinched.
It was the sharpness in his tone, the flash of frustration in his face. She’s never heard him speak to her like that. She wasn’t prepared for it.
“I didn’t mean anything by it,” she whispered.
“I didn’t expect that from you,” he said, running a hand through his hair. “I thought you trusted me.”
“I do! I do, Guy—!” she burst out. “But I don’t want anyone looking at you like that. I don’t want you smiling at anyone else like that either.”
He stared at her.
“I don’t want to be your best friend anymore,” she said in a rush. “I want to be the woman you look at like that. I wanted today to be different. I wanted to surprise you, maybe even tell you…”
She stopped herself. Voice cracked. Eyes getting glassy.
“I was going to say thank you,” she whispered. “For everything. For all the help, the time, the attention. For you. I thought I finally got it — what my friends were teasing me about. I wanted to admit it. I wanted to tell you I want more.”
He blinked, throat bobbing.
“I was just scared,” she went on. “Scared that you’d never see me like that. Or worse… that someone would come along who’d take advantage of you. Of your kindness. And your heart. And I’d be stuck watching it happen.”
There it was.
The silence that followed cut deep — so deep it burned.
And then, she moved again. As if gravity pulled her toward him, and there was no resisting it.
She wrapped her arms around his waist and buried her face in his chest, the tears coming fast now — hot and heavy and full of regret. His shirt dampened under her cheek as her shoulders trembled, small hiccups catching in her throat.
“I’m sorry,” she whimpered. “I didn’t mean to make a scene…”
Even with everything — even after the argument — Guy’s arms came around her again. One hand rose to gently cradle her head, thumb brushing through her hair, the other resting protectively at her back.
And then, soft and broken into his chest:
“…I love you.”
She said it once. Just once. Like it had escaped her heart before her brain could stop it.
Guy didn’t move.
Not at first.
And then slowly, he bent down, pressing his lips to the crown of her head — one hand still stroking through her hair.
“I didn’t mean what I said either,” he murmured. “I was scared, too.”
She looked up, glassy-eyed. “You were?”
“I’ve never seen you like that. All fired up. Jealous. Possessive.” His gaze softened. “I liked it. Too much. It messed with my head.”
She let out a broken laugh. “I was afraid you’d hate me.”
“I could never hate you.”
“I was afraid someone would take you from me.”
“They won’t.”
Her arms tightened. Her fingers curled into the back of his shirt. His hand at her soft waist pulled her closer. And even with the entire aisle’s attention still half-fixed on them, he held his sweet girl like no one else existed.
Until a familiar voice cut through the silence like a butter knife.
“Well. That’s new.”
They both turned.
Kakashi. Standing with a loaf of bread under one arm and a smirk under his mask.
“I didn’t have ‘Guy gets tackled by his secret girlfriend in the produce aisle’ on my bingo card,” he added. “Thought you two were just… friends.”
Guy’s brain short-circuited. Visibly.
“I—this isn’t—Ka-Kakashi—!!” he sputtered, hand flying out in protest, still holding her sweetly against him with the other.
Kakashi just blinked. “Didn’t peg you for the scandal type. Good for you.”
And walked off.
Guy looked like he might combust.
But his hand stayed right where it was — at her back, holding his sweet beauty close still in her hair, soothing her with each pass of his fingers.
She hadn’t lifted her head since Kakashi appeared. She didn’t want to.
So instead, she just stayed right where she was, whispering faintly one last time into his chest:
“…I love you.”
Guy swallowed hard.
Then, finally spoke.
“Let’s go,” he said, voice quieter now — but firm. Protective. Final.
“You’re not crying in public anymore.”
She looked up at him, eyes red and wet, lips parted. There was something… different in the way he said it. In the way he looked at her now. Not just like a best friend. Not like a training partner.
Like something more.
Like everything.
And without another word, he reached down, dropped the basket of groceries beside him, and laced his fingers with hers.
He led her out of that store like a man with a mission.
And she followed him like she always had.
Only this time…
Her heart was finally on her sleeve.
And his hand was holding it.
The moment they stepped into his apartment, the weight of everything finally settled.
She didn’t even make it past the entryway.
Guy closed the door behind them both, the quiet click echoing in the stillness. She turned to her bestie, eyes wide and lips trembling, trying to gather the courage to speak—to explain what had happened at the market, to say all the things that had been bubbling inside her since the moment her heart realized it didn’t want to be just friends.
But she didn’t get the chance.
His hands framed her face, calloused fingers cradling her warm cheeks with unexpected gentleness.
And then he kissed her.
Really kissed his sweet, curvy beauty.
It was deep, heated, hungry. Like he had waited too long and couldn’t hold back anymore. She gasped into it, her body softening against his chest, overwhelmed by the sudden surge of emotion and touch. His mouth moved over hers with the same fire he brought to training—fierce and focused—but with something more. Something tender.
She had to break the kiss just to breathe.
Her eyes fluttered open, her lush lips wet and swollen.
“I—” she started.
“Do you love me?” he asked, voice hoarse. Yearning.
Her breath caught. But she nodded.
“I do,” she whispered. “So much I couldn’t breathe when you looked at her the way I wanted you to look at me.”
“I’ve only ever looked at you,” he said, like it was the simplest truth. “Even when I didn’t know why.”
She kissed him again, this time slower—but with more intent. Tempting. Her fingers slid up his arms, brushing over the thick muscle beneath his uniform, shoulders that carried the weight of others with pride. His breath hitched.
She barely broke from his lips. “Then show me.”
He swept her sweetly into his arms in one swift movement—a bridal carry full of purpose, not just heat. She clung to him with all her heart, her kimono slipping slightly at the shoulders, but that didn't stop her hands fisting the back of his jumpsuit, lips brushing the underside of his jaw, nerves and heat building with every step toward the bedroom.
By the time he laid her on the bed, the air was thick with longing. The room glowed with soft evening light. The air between them was thick, buzzing.
His shadow hovered over her, tender and strong.
She looked up at him with tear-wet lashes. “I don’t want to be just your friend anymore. I want to be yours. All yours.”
“You already are,” he said, leaning down to kiss the words onto her lips.
She slipped the kimono from her shoulders, the silk falling away as his hands reverently traced the curves he’d memorized in movement and now worshiped in stillness. He pulled the zipper from his vest, then tugged off the green jumpsuit beneath—all in one practiced move. He stood there in nothing but awe, eyes raking over her body with a reverence that made her breath hitch.
He reached for protection from the drawer beside the bed, but her hand stopped him
“Don’t,” she said, voice barely audible. “I want you.”
His gaze searched hers. “Are you sure?”
“I need to feel you,” she whispered, eyes glistening. “I want it to be real.”
He paused, then leaned in, pressing a reverent kiss to her forehead before murmuring, “Then I’ll give you everything.”
And he did.
The moment he pushed inside, slow and steady, her mouth fell open in a silent moan. The stretch of him, the heat, the deep press of his hips—everything was perfect.
She was soft, plush, and so wet for him—her thick thighs trembling, her hips arching up in offering, desperate to feel him all. He groaned, eyes fluttering at how tightly she squeezed around him, at how her warmth pulled him deeper.
“Goodness… You’re amazing,” he murmured, lips brushing her ear. “So tight, so soft. You feel like… like victory.”
Her back arched, her hand over her mouth to quiet the sob of pleasure building inside her. “G-Guy—”
“I’ve got you,” he whispered, kissing down her jaw. “My beautiful girl… my strong girl. You take me so well.”
At first, the rhythm was slow and reverent, as if he was admiring her entire body. His body rolled against her, thick and firm, stretching her with each deep thrust. She whimpered, her arms sliding around his back, claws digging in his flesh, and then back up to his hair, raking her fingers through it.
Each stroke made her more delirious. Each whisper of praise only pulled her closer to the edge.
“You’re… you’re making me—”
“I know,” he breathed, forehead pressed to hers. “I can feel it. You’re clenching around me like you want me to lose it—ah—”
He suddenly pulled out, panting hard, sweat dampening his brow. “I-I have to stop, just for a second,” he said, voice trembling. “You’re too good. I’m losing focus—!”
But she whimpered, eyes wide and glassy, face twisted with need.
“No,” she cried, hands grabbing at his waist. “Please, I need you back inside—”
He stared down at her, chest heaving, lips parted. The way she looked—spread out for him, soft curves glistening with sweat, her thighs slick and shaking, tears pricking her lashes from the overwhelming pleasure—it undid him.
She was a mess. His sweet best friend. His now-lover. The woman who always smiled brightly, always teased him during workouts, always dressed modestly but made his thoughts immodest anyway. Now, she was squirming beneath him, completely undone.
He groaned as she guided him back in, her walls clenching again the moment he filled her. His hips jerked forward, driven by the way she welcomed him so desperately.
“Oh my—You’re… goodness, woman!” he gasped, voice breaking as he sank to the hilt. “You’re gonna ruin me!”
“Then let me,” she moaned.
She was already trembling, body jolting with every thrust, her breath hitched, her hands locked around his shoulders as her cries filled the room. She felt everything. The slick slide of his cock, the way he hit the deepest parts of her, the delicious friction of his skin against her thighs.
Her eyes rolled back, mouth open in silent rapture as she felt the wet burst of her climax drench his hips. She came hard, a gush of release splashing between them, and he moaned her name like a prayer.
“Sweetheart—!”
He thrust a few more times, rougher, less controlled—then stilled, buried deep. His whole body shuddered above her.
She clung to him, messy and wet and overwhelmed.
Her lips brushed his ear, voice barely coherent: “I love you. I love you so much. I’m all yours, always.”
Guy pulled back just enough to look at her, utterly love-drunk, heart in his eyes.
“You’ve always been mine,” he whispered, kissing her lips, her cheek, her temple. “And I swear on every training log and every sunrise… I’ll never let you go.”
She smiled tearfully, laughing through her exhaustion. “You’re such a dork.”
“And you,” he grinned, cradling her body close to his, “are the most radiant, powerful, curvaceous goddess I’ve ever laid eyes on.”
She giggled, burying her face in his neck.
“Might Guy’s eternal rival has just been defeated,” he murmured dramatically. “By the unbeatable force that is you.”
And as he held her, still buried deep, still whispering praises against her skin, she knew without a doubt:
This was the love she's always waited for.
And now it was hers. Forever.
Bonus Epilogue – The Tea After the Storm
It was a clear afternoon, the sun soft overhead as the curvy beauty sat nestled into her usual seat at the little tea spot the three of them had unofficially claimed years ago.
Across from her was Iruka’s girlfriend and Yamato’s girlfriend — two women who had known her long enough to smell drama from a mile away. And unfortunately for her, they were already locked in with their tea cups raised, eyes gleaming like predators about to feast.
She took one sip of her drink and knew she wasn’t getting out of this alive.
“So…” Yamato’s girlfriend began, stirring her tea with far too much grace for the chaos about to unfold. “Do you want to explain what the hell happened in the produce aisle of the market last week?”
“I heard there was crying,” Iruka’s girlfriend chimed in with a smirk. “Loud crying. Like, full-on emotional meltdown in front of the peaches.”
She stiffened, grip tightening on her cup. “It wasn’t that dramatic.”
“She was crying,” Yamato’s girlfriend said, turning to her. “In front of the peaches. Saying ‘I love you’ over and over. Might Guy just stood there, shell-shocked, holding a basket of whatever, like his whole life flashed before his eyes.”
“And apparently,” Iruka’s girlfriend added with a laugh, “there was a crowd. No one moved. Everyone just stared. Some people even made comments!”
“I didn’t see the crowd! I was… emotional!” She cried, squirming in her seat.
Irukia's girlfriend tilted her head. “Funny. This is coming from the same woman who gave us hell about being whipped for our men.”
“Right,” Yamato’s girlfriend snorted. “You used to roll your eyes every time we brought up Iruka’s little lunch notes or how Yamato picks flowers for no reason.”
She pouted. “That’s different.”
“It is,” Iruka’s girlfriend agreed. “Because you were worse.”
She gasped, not believing her friends. “I was not!”
“You disappeared for weeks,” Iruka’s girlfriend accused, pointing her chopsticks like a weapon. “We thought you got abducted.”
“Abducted by love,” Yamato’s girlfriend corrected. “Or maybe just that green jumpsuit.”
She hid her face in her hands with a whine. “I miss him.”
Both of them cackled.
Iruka’s girlfriend leaned forward. “Where is he, anyway? Is the man generous enough to return our friend to us?”
She peeked through her fingers with a dramatic sigh. “On a mission. Training his students. He left this morning.”
Yamato’s girlfriend arched her brow. “This morning? It’s only been a few hours.”
“Exactly!” The curvy beauty groaned. “And it already feels like eternity!”
Iruka’s girlfriend clutched her chest in mock pain. “Oh no! Not eternity! However, will you survive without your beloved bowl-cut beefcake for one afternoon?”
Yamato’s girlfriend grinned. “She’s not even sore about the market incident. She’s sore because he gave her a goodbye gift this morning.”
She slouched in her chair, fanning herself. “I hate how accurate that is.”
Iruka’s girlfriend smirked. “You’re lucky he’s always been soft on you.”
“He has,” she sighed dreamily. “Even back when we were just ‘workout buddies.’ Remember how I said he used to help me stretch before every session?”
“Oh god, I remember,” Yamato’s girlfriend said, rolling her eyes. “You’d come back looking freshly wrung out and say it was just warm-ups.”
“He’d massage my legs,” she admitted with a naughty smile, “rub out my calves, stretch my hips with those big calloused hands. And the whole time, he'd be so sweet—telling me to breathe, praising me for how flexible I was…”
Iruka’s girlfriend cackled. “You were already getting dicked down and still denying it.”
“I wasn’t denying it,” she muttered. “I was… processing.”
“You roasted us for getting soft over our boyfriends,” Yamato’s girlfriend teased. “Then went and fell harder than both of us combined.”
They both howled with laughter.
She narrowed her eyes at them, cheeks warm. “Fine. Laugh it up. But I bagged my best friend. A handstand-obsessed, bowl-cut-wearing, thumb-up-throwing, green spandex-wearing himbo who makes me breakfast after sex and calls me radiant while I’m drooling into his chest.”
Yamato’s girlfriend smirked. “So you’re saying…?”
She rolled her eyes. “Yes, alright? I get it now.”
Irukia's girlfriend leaned forward with a grin. “Say it.”
She bit her lip, cheeks flushed, but she finally surrendered.
“…Nice guys do it better.”
Both girls raised their tea cups triumphantly.
“To the nice guys.”
“To the bowl cuts.”
“To the thick thighs that save lives.”
She laughed, breathless and glowing, still warm from his touch, still aching from his absence.
And despite all the teasing, one thing was clear:
You were absolutely, shamelessly, and fully loved.
A/N: Something to tide me over while I work on the outline of the longer fic I'm writing for him. I think about this man frequently and he was the first character I can remember having a crush on. He has nearly no fics and that's a crime. This series is going to be more so a collection of his interactions with reader revolving around their romance but nothing strictly chronological. Just for whenever an idea pops up into my head.
Warnings: Mentions of injury (nothing major), idiots in love, proofread to the best of my abilities but probably some mistake
——————————————————————————
"Shit!" You jump, barely managing to keep the boxes stacked high on the carriage from falling over
Konahana was simulataiously nothing and verything you had expected it to be. Getting approvals and moving into the city had been dificult yet you appreciated the securtiy that came along with it. A large reason you were even moving in the first place, packing up your little herbalist shop after being ransacked for the dozenth time and making for someplace safer.
And what was safer than a viallage full of ninja?
Besides, you were sure to attract even more customers now than you ever did on your out of the way road. Less likely to use your services and then rob you as well.
You'd spent the past week getting everything in your new home settled. Your neighbors were closer than you were used to but there was still enough space for you to plant a sizable garden for your herbs. The entire roof of your little place had been converted into a garden, already starting to overflow and prompting you to get a move on with your opening date. Conversations were brief but friendly, not much time to talk as you remained busy.
And now here you were, setting up your herbalist shop to provide all sorts of remedies and services that could be given through your harvest.
The crate was stacked high with boxes that held supplies to be used as well as some plants themselves that would live in the shop for easy access and to take advantage of all the space you had. Much less than what you were used to in your previous home, rolling hills long gone, but enough that you didn't have to worry. You'd spotted enough of the wild sorts growing around the village in on your morning walks, so in any case you could still source them from there.
It was only today that you had managed to get around to setting things up, retrieving your items from where they had been stored for inspection when you first moved. Not much, just a cart full, but it had felt as if it weighed a million pounds as you transported it across the village, hoping to accomplish the task before there were too many people out and about.
You were just going through your supplies list when you tripped on the handle of the wagon itself. The contents shook, no longer held down by the same straps as before and threatening to tip over as you jumped to hold the stack straight. The equipment inside was heavy yet you somehow managed, panting as your arms complained against the strain as you managed to stop it just before it tipped too far to recover.
Sighing in relief, the victory was short lived as you heard the grit of wood sliding against wood, looking up just in time to see the very top crate tipping over the edge and falling towards you. You had placed your postal and mortar in there hoping the weight would keep the rest of the boxes weighed down. A smart idea at the time but decreasingly so as you flinched, unable to duck out of the way without dropping the others that had glassware gently tucked within them, and brought one arm over your head in hopes of lessening the impact. You only hoped nobody was up yet to see the embarrassment of you being knocked to the ground.
“Are you alright ma’am?”
You jump at the voice, suddenly so close as your head whips around only to be met with the sight of green nearly brushing nose. Tilting your gaze up your greeted to the sight of a man smiling down at you. His arms are extended over you holding the box that had fallen, keeping it a safe distance away from giving you a concussion.
You can only nod, stunned, to which concern quickly morphs into a bright smile. His gaze shifts to where your shoulder is still braced against the tower of boxes and, seeing you still struggling to keep them up, shifts the one he holds into one hand while the other easily rightens the stack. He does it as if it were nothing. Not even an ounce of strain on his features.
He looks back at you and with embarrassment you realize you have yet to say anything.
“Thank you.”You managed to get out, stepping back to give more space to breath, out of breath from the incident.
“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to be such a bother Mr.-“ you pause, trying to decide on how to address him.
“Gai. Might Gai.” He heartily answers, smiling brightly . “It’s no trouble at all! I was just out on my morning jog and happened to see you. I was already on my way over to see if you needed any help when I saw the crate fall.”
Gai hums, looking about the empty street. “I’m glad I was here. Not many others are up this time in the morning.”
“I actually was hoping to get this done before anyone was up to avoid any accidents.” You sigh, looking towards the rest of the cart which now carries a daunting air. There were plenty more heavy boxes and where you had once felt energized embarrassment had taken the wind from your sails, now wishing to close yourself up in the house for the day.
“I take it you’ve just moved here?” He looks past you to your shop, the door propped open with a stone and a number of items stacked just inside the doorway.
“Ah, yes. I’m actually opening an apothecary shop. I had one along the base of the mountain not far off but there was a bit too much trouble going on for me to keep running it.”
“Well, no need to worry about that here!” Gai jerks a thumb at himself. “This place is protected by yours truly.”
You laugh, the man’s enthusiasm quickly catching and making you feel a bit more at ease.
Looking him over you saw that he wore nearly all green, only broken by the shock of orange on his legs. The best he wore was vaguely familiar, the guards at the gate having worn the same thing leaving you to assume it was apart of their uniform along with the belt fixed around his waist.
He must be quite muscles underneath, you surmise, stopping your thoughts from lingering on that before they can run wild. You would have to be settled in for a while before you began to even think about having a relationship.
When you go to take the crate from him he hefts the to further above his head and grabbing a few others to boot, quickly stepping around you and walking into the shop. Once inside he sets it down with the others, eyes scanning the area and you feel embarrassed about the mess that the place is still in with tools and jars scattered everywhere as you organize everything.
The signature scent of earth and plants hung in the air mixed with a light spice. Some found it to be overpowering yet Gai only looked about with excitement. His very presence only seems to fill the room further, warming it just as much as the sunlight creeping through the window.
“Do you provide vitamin supplements?” He turns towards you, hands on his hips. He’s tall, you note. No doubt he wouldn’t need to use the stool that was a requirement for you to reach the top shelves in the front.
“Yes!” You smile, excited at the prospect of starting to build a clientele already. “Along with ointments and specialty tea blends if you prefer your medicine that way.”
You had spent years honing your craft, passed down through your family and with a wide knowledge of everything that grew. Even though you felt a bit dwarfed by the abilities of medical nin in the larger populations you were still confident in your products and abilities. Not everyone had the money or ability to go every time they were hit with a minor sickness.
Access to health was a basic requirement of humanity. Taking care of the sick and injured instead of leaving them is what spectated humans from animals. That is what your parents had told you.
“What a relief! My place isn’t too far from here so it’ll be much easier to get them.”
“I open in three days. Feel free to stop by. I’m sure I could provide a good price for the man who kept me from being crushed.”
“No problem at all. If you ever plan on needing can post a help request on the board. My own students and I often take request from there.” It’s his turn to appear a bit flustered, a light hue to his cheeks as he runs the back of his neck. “Or if you see me don’t hesitate to ask. I walk this way a lot in the mornings and nights.”
“Well, if the young shinobi here have teachers like you then I’m sure I can expect nothing but the best from them.”
The words come out sounding more flirty than you intended, faltering as you unpack your midterms and pestle, settling at your workstation with a light huff. It really was heavy.
You’re saved by the sound of a rooster, drawing Gail’s attention outside as he jumps.
“Speaking of, I promised to meet them at the training grounds soon.” He’s out the door with a brief goodbye called over his shoulder, leaving you surrounded by boxes. All for the best you suppose, unsure of how you would have continued the conversation in any way that wouldn’t embarrass you further.
You get to work unpacking and cleaning, eager to get everything in order as soon as possible in preparation to open. You had at least one person to look forward to after all.
———————————
True to his word Gai was there three days later bright and early. Too early almost, as you had only opened at such a time in remembering the hour you had last seen him.
He came in with a wide smile and entirely too much energy for the time of day. You yourself were sipping on a brew intended to wake draw the sleep from your bones and while you didn’t think he needed it you offered him a cup as well.
You would soon learn that his optimism was hardly ever dampened and it was rare for you to catch him in anything other than an upbeat mood. It made you a bit jealous that he could always have such a positive outlook on things. Life just seemed so much better when seen through his eyes.
It turns out he knew a decent amount about what you carried and what he was looking for, just as eager to hear your opinion as well as voice his own thoughts and even taking your advice on some things to swap out with others. The energy was infectious, hardly a lull in conversation.
It seemed all too soon that he had to leave. It felt wrong to try and get him to stay longer, his job important not only to him but to the village as a whole. There were better things for him to be doing rather than standing around talking to you.
Quickly it became a pattern where he would stop by once a week to grab what he needed, announcing himself with a booming greeting that had startled you more than once, talking your ear off the entire time. It was a drastic shift from the quiet you often found yourself in when you had lived in the mountains, not that you minded much. In fact you even found yourself looking forward to the chats as they morphed from quick stop-ins, stretching for something a bit longer as you set tea on to brew.
Business had picked up after a slow start your first week and your clientele had quickly grown. While never packed your shop always had a steady stream of people coming in and out, some curious while others became regulars. You even found a few friendship forming, invited to dinner and other events.
It was nice to keep busy, especially when Gai was gone for longer stretches of time out of the village. His absence was noted and the weeks he didn’t drop by seemed to feel just a bit longer. And it also seemed that he always found himself lingering at your shop for longer afterwards.
The bell above the door chimes, drawing you from the back room as you brush away the lingering dust of dried roses you had been crushing.
"Hello, how can I-"
You stop short, rubbing your eyes to make sure you were seeing things right. But there he stood. What looked like a mintuer version of Gai. Or rather a younger version. Maybe a family member? Or his son? He had never mentioned anything about having a spouse but the fact that he could have this entire time, all while your crush on the energetic man steadily grew, was embarrassing.
"I hope I'm in the right place!" The boy gave a polite bow. "My sensei sent me to pick up these things from you to help improve my training!"
Gai sent him?
A lightbulb goes off in your head, connecting the dots of the boy who currently stood in front of you with the stories Gai loved to tell you of his students.
"Oh! You must be Lee! Gai's told me so much about you."
Lee seems a bit stunned, though you assure him it was all good things, but that seems to only make his blush worse.
He hands you a list and you scan the items, collecting them from the various drawers and weighing them out as you make small talk.
Apparently Gai had a mission taking him outside the village for a while and while he was gone, he had left his students with a very carefully planned training schedule.
What concerned you the most was the amount of anti-inflammatory and healing balms that were there. It was clear that they were expected to be a bit sore, and so you tossed in a few things to help with pain despite Lee's insistence that it was fine.
"Just to be on the safe side. Anyone who is a friend of Gai is a friend of mine."
Besides, Gai sent enough business your way. It wasn't he first person who had heard about you through him, and there had been a few other shinobi who had stopped by and become semi-regular customers.
"You're just as kind as he said! I'll make sure to put everything to use to get stronger!"
Wait, Gai told his students about you? Ir was it just when he was telling them where they could get everything off the list?
Before you could ask, Lee was already out the door. A whirlwind of energy just like his teacher.
You take stock of your remining supplies. Many of the things you were able to grow yourself, but others needed much more space than you had and did best in their natural environment. They were easy enough to gather but it also meant a trip outside the village. Not far, but some merchants had mentioned a few shady characters lingering outside the walls and with your green cargo weighing you down you would make an easy target.
Gai had mentioned something about a task board before where you could post things to get help from the ranks of ninjas of the village. Mostly the younger ones to help them get experience. But was this too silly of an ask?
You could always post it and if nobody responded within a few weeks you could venture out yourself.
The thought of asking Gai if he could accompany you briefly crossed you mind but was quickly dismissed. He probably had more important things to do.
You went through the process of submitting a request, putting a generous reward. Whoever it was that helped, you would be grateful.

A week later Gai strides towards the assignment board, ready to look for something for his students to do for the day. It was a beautiful morning, and he was hoping to get something that would allow them to take full advantage of the weather. Though he was hoping to get something that would allow him time to stop by and visit you before you closed for the day.
He couldn't help the way his mind drifted. Were you enjoying the weather as well? With the nice breeze he could already picture the propped windows of your shop, allowing all who wandered by a view in to where you worked.
It had been far too long since he was last able to stop by and visit, busy with his students and assignments. He had been more than pleased to learn that Lee's visit had gone well, the boy also seeming to share his sentiment for you and making Neji and Tenten all the more curious.
"Kakashi!" He waves excited as he rushes up to his friend. The silver haired ninja is just leaving the same board, an assignment clenched in hand.
"I'm surprised to see you here so early! Trying to get something good?"
Kakashi only sighs, looking at the paper in his hands.
"Something having to do with gathering some herbs just outside the village." He shrugs, allowing Gai to read over his shoulder, tracing his hand down the paper to find the adress. "Seems like a bit of overkill to me but it could be a good learning experience for-"
Before Kakashi can finish the paper is out of his hands and Gai is hustling away, leaving his friend to only stare after him in confusion.

"I never knew all of this was right outside the village!" Tenten exclaimed as she held the innocuous leaf in front of her. It looked almost identical to all the other ones of the trees around you. The only difference was the light patchwork of curling veins that worked along the bottom. Something you could easily miss if you weren't looking, and you had made sure to give all your companions a sample of all the herbs you were looking for to compare to what they found. Of course you would look everything over before you put it into anything you sold but they seemed eager to help.
When Gai had come bursting into your shop earlier that morning with his students in tow you had been surprised but no less pleased to learn that he had seen your request and taken it. It was almost a relief to have someone you knew be the one to accompany you and be able to avoid the awkward silence as you worked.
Your expectations had been that they would accompany you and keep a lookout for danger, but Gai insisted they could help gather what you needed, emphasizing that it would be a good teaching lesson.
"A true shinobi needs to know how to do more than just fight. Injuries in the field occur all the time and having a bit of medical knowledge about plants is good for everyone."
You had agreed, his earnestly endearing, but only under the condition that they wouldn't try and use anything they weren't one hundred percent sure of. It was easy to poison yourself when you thought you were eating something else. Fortunately, none of the things you were looking to gather today had any similar cousins that could cause adverse reactions.
Now here you were gathering leaves for a headache medicine while Lee and Neji dug through the dirt for ginger root in the dappled light of the trees nearby.
Even further out was Gai who was at the edge of the lake, gathering mint that would act as a flavoring for teas and some remedies with less desirable taste. His pants were rolled up along with his sleeves, allowing a view of the tones muscle of his forearms.
You did your best not to stare but had been caught once by Tenten.
"He works quite fast, doesn't he?" You laughed nervously, trying to keep your cool. It wasn't a lie, as he had quite a pile that would last you a good while, but it was clear she didn't completely buy it. Instead, you busied yourself with gathering the last of what you needed.
“I think that should be enough.” You said as you brush the dirt from your hands. There was only one last thing to get and you could check on how Lee and Neji were doing. If they’d found enough ginger then you could head back a bit early then planned and get to work preparing everything.
You only needed a two satchels of the berries located at the tops of the trees, and so you gave one to Tenten and saved the other for for yourself. You were almost jealous with the practices ease that she kept to the lowest branch with.
It was a bit disheartening to realize that a bunch of teens could probably beat you in a fight. Thankfully those same teens were the ones that would protecting the village one day.
You made it up your own tree the same way you had when on your own, tossing a rope over the lowest branch and after making sure it was secure climbing up.
Now a good twenty off the ground, you kept your legs wrapped around the branch as you scored closer to the end where the berries laid clustered together. Winter wasn’t as far off as some liked to think and these were important for cold remedies. They certainly tasted better than the alternative.
It was slow going work but you kept the time by humming to yourself. Occasionally you would see one of the two boy walk by underneath, still looking for more roots that turned out to be harder to find then either of them expected.
Once your bag was nearly full you allowed yourself to take a small break. The hidden leaf was truly beautiful when you have yourself the time to admire it. Especially as the sun began its descent in the distance and the shot grew darker. You’d have to pack up now for the day if you wanted to make it back to the gates in time.
You turn to see how Gai is doing, only to startle as you find him already looking at you. Or at least you think he is. From this distance it’s somewhat hard to tell. Looking a hand you wave and he reciprocated the action.
As you go to scoot back to get to your rope you freeze as a light crack escapes the branch.
‘Okay. Don’t panic.’ You tell yourself. Just move very slowly. If you can make it back to a thicker part of the branch you should be fine. Unfortunately the wind chooses that moment to kick up, aggressively bending the limb you sit on and between the motion and your weight you hear another crack and jolt before the whole thing falls from under you. Or rather you fall with it.
Your hand flings out and by some miricle you manage to grab the rope you had climbed up with. Even though it saves you from the fall it still doesn’t feel great as it tears into your palm, skidding down a few feet before you catch yourself.
Down below you hear you name being called, looking to see the three teens all gathered with wide eyes. Their hands are all halfway up, as if ready to catch you.
“I’m alright.” You yell. “Though it’s going to take me a second to get down.”
With one hand injured you weren’t entirely sure how you would do it but there wasn’t really any other option.
“Please allow me to help.” You jolt, nearly loosing your grip as you turn to see Gai facing you upside down. His feet are stuck to the branch somehow in something you can only assume is a ninja technique.
He holds a hand out to you and, with a burning face, you accept. He’s careful not to touch the injury on your palm and you can only hope he doesn’t feel the way your pulse races under his touch.
There’s a dropping feeling in your stomach and before you can blink your back on the ground. Well, close enough, held by Gai as his students crowd around.
“You could have told one of us to get those.” Neji scoffs, even as his brows pinch together as he looks at the wound.
“Ah, I’ve done it plenty of times before. I’m more than capable.” It stings more than you care to admit but it could be a lot worse. You could have broken something if you’d fallen all the way and that would have been far more embarrassing. “I have some bandages to wrap it until we get back.”
“Please allow me.” Gai says. He must have some experience with it. Temporary bandages in the field and whatnot, and it would be difficult to do by yourself.
“Oh, sure.” You expect him to let you go so you can grab them but he doesn’t, only continuing to stare at you. Long gone is his normal smile, and the just like his students he seemed concerned.
“Um, Gai?” He snaps out of whatever he was thinking about, attention in turning back to you. “I think you need to put me down to wrap my hand.”
“Right! Of course!!” He smiles, back to his normal self.
He carefully wraps the wound, showing his students the proper technique as he does so and you’re a bit surprised by his knowledge.
‘Of course he would know.’ You scold yourself as he applies just the right amount of pressure to the bandage, making sure it’ll stay in place but not cut off circulation. He must get hurt in the field on a non infrequent basis, so it only makes sense he would at least know the basics.
When he’s done you decide to call it a day, heading back to the vial he with your sizable haul. Much more than you had expected. And of course none of them let you carrying anything more than a single bag, though even that was a fight.
“Thanks for all your help.” You shift from foot to foot, hoping he couldn’t pick up your nervousness. You were just thankful you hadn’t hurt your leg or you were sure he wouldn’t have let you walk back. That would have been mortifying.
“Think nothing of it!” Gai assures you. He’d dismissed the others after you gotten back, but not before you gave them each a small jar of paste that they could dissolve in water or rub right on a wound to help cleanse it.
“Jut let me know the next time you need help. No need to put a request up on the board.”
“I want to make sure you’re being properly compensated for your time though. And I’m sure you do’t want to spend you free time routing around in the dirt. Lee tells me you like to train every second you can. It’s no wonder you’re so strong.” You laugh, missing the way his face turns a shade darker. “Plus, you don’t seem the type to take money if i don’t put it through the board, and I’m afraid the only other way I would be able to pay you is through medicine and dinner.”
“Well,” he stutters, rubbing at his head. “I wouldn’t say no to either. even if it was off hours.”
Your omvements falter as you reach for the closest bag, intent on getting a start on dryingg out everything you needed to. It sounded suspiciously like an invitation to a date but you knew better. You knew Gai better.
He was a well respected Shinoi who had done more thank you could even imagine. Respected if not liked by everyone. There was no way he’d have interest in you off all people, even if you had become quite close ever since settling here. Sure you had a crush on him, but there were plenty of other people who likely did as well.
“I’ll keep that in mind.” You say, doing your best to ignore the gnawing feeling in your stomach. “Well, I’ll let you get going. I’m afraid drying these is even less exciting than gathering them.”
“Don’t work yourself too hard. That hand of your still needs to heal.” He gestures to the wrappings.
“My work will be slowed a bit but it shouldn’t be a problem.“ You hesitate before adding, “I’ll see you tommorow?”
Gai miles back, the same brilliant smile you had come to recognize him by, as he gives you a thumbs up.
“Of course! I look forward to it!”
With that he runs off, jumping across rooftops and only grateful he hadn’t made a fool of himself even as he was silently pleased by the idea that you were already looking forward to seeing him again.
Meanwhile you can only stare after him, watching as he quickly disappears before turning back to your haul from the day.
Maybe you could find something else to put on the mission board after all.
