Tailbone update
I went and trained upper body, but my tailbone has flared up, so the elliptical is off the list now. I don't know what cardio I can do. Osteopath said to do the elliptical and not treadmill, but I said I'm pretty sure the elliptical triggers it. She did say it's different for everyone. Guess I'll try walking on the treadmill and then see if I can do incline walking. I can't cycle or do the stairmaster either sigh
Osteopath said I need to avoid anything that triggers the pain or makes it worse. Which is difficult as it always hurts. She said I've got coccydynia which is inflammation of the coccyx so I'm also taking ibuprofen and have to ice. Then osteopath did massage work on top of my clothes and then a minor external adjustment
Without me asking, she said she doesn't do internal coccyx work, so if that's needed in the future, I'd have to go elsewhere. That's the finger up the bum adjustment, lol
She did tell me to do kegals, which I was surprised about as I was avoiding them as online said not to do them as it would irritate the tailbone. So i'm taking them slow to see if they cause any issues
I've tried sitting on my coccyx pillow to drive but even with the seat lowered I'm too tall so I can't use it for driving 🥲
