So I weigh myself 3 days a week (I lied, I weigh myself daily), but I pay attention to it 3 days a week. · Wednesday - weigh in Wednesday. Middle of the week. Perfect day to do it. · Friday - get an idea of where I’m at before the weekend to plan either training or relax a bit. · Monday - see how I did over the weekend.
I’m down 0.6 since Wednesday. Have training planned today and tomorrow. Then Sunday is self pampering. Washing the tub then taking a bath. Doing a facial, shaving my legs, and painting my nails!
