I also mention my combination use of Purina SuperSport for Stanley's post-workout "protein shakes." Whether you want to help your horse recover or you want to help your horse hydrate during challenging environments Replenimash has proven to be effective time and time again for me.

A Neuroscientist and a cowboy join forces to bring us a book called Evidence Based Horsemanship. The Season Begins in Upstate New York
I was incredibly fortunate to get a leg up on this year’s training by taking two amazing weeks in Aiken, SC. I came home supercharged and motivated to keep the momentum up but I was also met with all the challenged and obstacles that typically compete for my attention here at home. I decided upon coming home to give Stanley a week off to rest and recharge. In the meantime I had to return to my…

The Sunday Review: Moonbrew
OVERVIEW: As long as I can remember I was a kid who struggled with sleep. My parents would pull their hair out trying to get me down. My dad would spend so much time reading me a book or telling me stories. I would sometimes ask him to rub my back. My mom once told me that while I was riding in my car seat as a baby my eyelids were getting heavy….I kept fighting it off. While she was focused…
