Been feeling like shit today due to having to deal with, what I think is, my rejection sensitive dysphoria getting triggered I wish someone told me that feelings could hurt this much or taught me how to deal with em. Little vent art because I love drawing my feelings to distract myself and give myself time to take a step back and try to find out what's going on!
