It stands to reason that their own bodies can thus be shrunken down too.
So a Pokeball could, just like it does with a Pokemon, force a Bleach character to shrink and catch them.
PokeRei would obviously be a Ghost Type. But what about a second type?
Maybe a Type Changing item, like Plates or Memories or Drives, could give them a second type.
Maybe holding a Type Enhancing item like Charcoal or Mysterious Water or Miracle Seed, could do something.

After losing to the protag (pick which) over & over again in the "Le Super-Tournoi de Jacinthe O", Jacinthe is left feeling both familiar but also unlike herself.
The familiar feeling reminds her of acquiring her beloved Bottom, Lebanne some time ago.

HOW does Ichigo get his friends Reiryoku/souls out of himself? As a Bounty Hunter? As a Marine? As a Pirate?
1) IchiHime Bounty Hunters AU.
With the guidance of a scientist*(b) possessing him, Ichigo, using his earned Reward Money, is able to build a machine himself to make Gigai's to inject his friends into, resurrecting them...just without their Zanpakuto. Something whoever is resurrected will have to adapt for in their new lives.
2) IchiHime Marines AU.
IchiHime joins the Marines hoping to meet and talk Dr Vegapunk into both growing their friends new bodies and making a machine to transplant those friends from Ichigo into said new bodies...without their Zanpakuto. Something whoever is resurrected will have to adapt for in their new lives.
3) IchiHime Pirates AU.
IchiHime made a deal with Big Mom (what?) to extract the Reiryoku/souls of their friends. Reiryoku/souls which Orihime could "reject" having ever been donated, returning them to a state where they were still inside their own bodies, basically resurrecting them...without their Zanpakuto. Something whoever is resurrected will have to adapt for in their new lives.
Also if they become pirates, what kind? Regular freelance pirates? Do they join a Warlords crew? Does Ichigo become a Warlord? Do they join a Yonko crew? Does Ichigo become a Yonko himself?
Why make this a harem?
1) I have limited Hash Tags.
2) To give Gooner Pirates or World Nobles a reason to target IchiHime's boatload of beautiful ladies.
A boatload of beautiful ladies is not (just) a reason to write smut, it's a perfectly valid, & CANONICAL (in One Piece), reason to generate plot!

Long ago, the Shinobi Union ended what would be known as the Void Century, & an immortal*(a) Naruto along with the First 20*(b) formed the organization known as the World Government, with Naruto's descendants eventually becoming the World Nobles known as the Celestial Dragons.
Naruto wants to do good and make his world a better place, and although he doesn't censor the Void Century specifically, he actively limits technology development and censors researching the Ancient Weapons so no one nefarious could revive a means to threaten the world.
1) How different would the World Nobles, and how others view them, be with Naruto actively parenting the WN's.
2) What are Naruto's policies? I doubt he'd allow a "Native Hunting Competition"...if he knew about them. What do the WN's do for fun? Does Naruto allow countries in the WG to war with each other, such as some threaten to do in canon? Are the Warlords a thing? Etc, etc.
3) Would the Revolutionary Army have been formed by Dragon? Or would the descendants of families who, in canon*(c), would themselves have become the World Nobles, be the ones to form it?
4) Other than the military protection from pirates that the Marines & Shinobi offer, why would Countries join the World Government? Does Naruto use the Red Line to grow food, to feed starving countries? Are Medical-Nin the best doctors in the world? Something else?
5) Instead of taxing a country into ruin via the Heavenly Tribute, what other methods would Naruto allow as payment?
*(a) How is he immortal? Is he the only one? Is by whatever means Naruto is immortal, repeatable?
*(b) his harem of Queens and Princesses.
*(c) assuming only parts of the same families who formed the WG in canon, formed it with Naruto, and the descendants of those families who didn't side with Naruto and broke off from those families, are still out there. Causing trouble.
As of this post (Mar/13/2026), their are 14*(a) known families of the "First 20" who formed the World Government. In this AU the descendant clans*(b) of Kaguya would be the, as of yet, other six unnamed families. Making Naruto, Sasuke, Hinata and their families all World Nobles, also known as Celestial Dragons.
*(a) the Nefertari, Nerona, Donquixote, Figarland, Manmayer, Jaygarcia, Marcus, Topman, Ethanbaron, Shepherd, Rimoshifu, Bavette, Satchels and Rosward families.
*(b) the Otsutsuki (branch), the Kaguya, the Uchiha, the Senju, the Hyuga & the Uzumaki.
Sakura and Ino, the most troublesome of his fangirls, follow Sasuke Uchiha home and discover that he is a legitimate monster from fantasy and mythology, living in a Hidden Dungeon along with other monsters (Kaguya's descendants).
But, as they learn this secret, they themselves are noticed by their other monsters.
So now the two girls must choose between...
1) Becoming monsters themselves. What type and how, they get no say in.
2) Agree to a magically binding contract, the specifics of which they get no say in, that will prevent them from revealing the existence of Monsters and the Dungeon.
OR
3) Somehow prove themselves to be BOTH more valuable as a human ally AND capable of keeping their mouths shut / stopping others (fangirls) from finding out about the Dungeon.
Or else
They will be killed and eaten...not necessarily in that order.
Things to consider...
1) Are all of Kaguya's descendants the same type of monster or are the various clans that make up her descendants (Kaguya, Otsutsuki, Uchiha, Senju, Hyuga, Uzumaki) each a different kind.
2) Are the, not Naruto, Jinchuriki also monsters, just unrelated to those in the Dungeon? Do they have their own Dungeons elsewhere? Or are they just humans?
Love it! Favorite of the three, even when it's smiling it looks like it's holding back unyielding rage...but unsure if I SHOULD pick it cause if I do, it'll be the THIRD time I'll have picked the Grass type Bird.

Based on, if not my least favorite IRL dog, one definitely in my bottom three. But the thing going on with its neck makes me think it'll evolve to be a train-like Frankenstein thing and that it's howl will be like the whistle...and that would be cool.
