@highcarbhannah 's cheesy mashed potatoes. So good and so simple! I've been following her 14 day Lean and clean plan for about 5 days now and am so happy! Not only am I already seeing results, but I feel more in tune with my body and I'm eating amazing food! If you're at all considering the lean & clean diet/lifestyle, I highly recommend purchasing her ebooks. So far, so good for me! Money well spent 😊
I was staying at a friends house watching her dog while she was on vacation. She gets green chef deliveries, and allowed me to eat anything that came! This was seriously so delicious! Warmed pita bread loaded with grilled mushrooms, broccoli, onions and garlic. Topped with fresh lettuce and avocado slices. On the side was a bok choy salad with mandarin oranges, spicy peppers, and topped with an Asian sesame dressing. Wow, this meal was incredible!
Salad with kale wraps, inspired by Elvis and Ellen Fisher 🙌🏻 2 smashed avocados mixed with romaine lettuce, tomato, sprouts, and lemon juice. I put some right on top of some kale leaves. Easy, raw, vegan, healthy, delicious. Thank you, Ellen 💚
Green juice kind of morning 🍏🥒☀️ this has two green apples, one full cucumber, kale stems (left over from kale salad the other day), and romaine lettuce. Soaking up the sun again this morning. Grateful to live where where it's 75 * and sunny in March!

Good morning ☀️ I messed up a tofu recipe yesterday so it became a tofu scramble today!
This has been my favorite tofu scramble so far. Turmeric, pepper, chili powder, paprika, mixed with water and poured over the frying pan. With onions and red potatoes, No cumin here please

Lunch today was homemade (packaged) baked falafel with tomato over a bed of spinach, drizzled with homemade basil pesto 🌱💚❤️
Diced tomato, avocado, and perfectly baked sweet potato wedges over a bed of quinoa cooked with garlic. Eaten with romaine lettuce. This meal was SO filling, but so delicious 😋

Oatmeal mixed with vanilla plant protein. Topped with a banana, blackberries, coconut flakes, sliced green apple, and chia seeds
Mediterranean baked sweet potato with curry cashew ranch sauce, baked chickpeas, and parsley garnish. Well worth the wait of a perfectly baked potato 🍴
Fueling my brain for a long day of studying! Oatmeal with sliced almonds, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Happy Sunday! 🤓
