Here are my Seven Self-care S's Save what you're doing so you don't risk losing any data if it's been a while Stretch. Seriously, you're probably not doing it enough. Sun. Vitamin D is important and seasonal depression is a thing for a reason Sip some water. Not soda. Not an energy drink. Water. Snack on something. Preferably something healthy, but any type of food is okay, especially if it's been a while since you've last eaten. Shower. It's important to stay clean, even if you're not really up for it, it is still best to do. Also, brushing your teeth falls under this category. Sleep. Sleep is important, even if it's just a little power nap.
Honorable mention: The rule of 3. 3 minutes without air. 3 hours without shelter. 3 days without water. 3 weeks without food. You can literally die from ignoring the rule of 3
