Most outlandish and whimsy filled au youve ever made?

Outlandish and whimsy filled?? Omg, lemme think,, it's gotta be Half Brothers AU, a crossover for the How to Train Your Dragon movie and books, which are both extremely different. Book Hiccup is like 10 and Movie Hiccup is like 15 and they are TOTALLY different characters in COMPLETELY different narratives, so I thought, "what if they were half-brothers"! I tried to integrate the movie characters and dragons and plotlines into the book narrative, tried to weave the stories together, which got super complex! I'm really proud of it even now 😭

It's currently on hiatus, since my hyperfixation switched over 😔 but I'd really like to finish it 👀

Another silly au was this concept I had where everything is the same but Nicky Parlouzer and Sonic are headmates that are both very aware of each other and absolutely cannot stand each other 😂 Nicky is so bad at fighting Robotnik has he never spindashed before 😤 and Sonic never does any of their schoolwork!! They're going to FAIL!!

My only reference for this is satam, which makes this inherently really funny to me 😂 I know Antoine is a more fleshed out character in Archie! (but I haven't read Archie rip)

I saw Maria as being a yellow fox a little while back, kind of as a parallel to Sonic and Tails, hedgehog and fox siblings 🥺

Okay okay okay— so I'd want to make a specific environment. We have a jungle, a sea, and a dystopian cyberpunk-ish city, which are all different versions of Green Hill's Future. Overgrown, flooded, and industrialized. I feel like the most logical Fourth Future is a fiery hellscape, very Sonic 06.

Temple Hill is now a volcano. The floor is lava. The gang are all now all treasure hunters, the group split between Knuckles with Tails and Rouge with Amy. Both rival teams are fighting each other, looking for the Prism Shard, and Sonic is up against both of them!

If Prime had introduced more characters from the Sonic canon to the other worlds, this would have been a good introduction to Silver and Blaze for reference reasons 😂 on that note, a Shadow variant would have fit well in New Yoke!

Man I'd really like to get into a Shatterspace that feels more personalized and that weaves into the narrative, but I'll actually get to that later, I've spent so much time on this already!!

YES, EXACTLY!! That's why I love Surgolin. Lanolin can keep Surge JUST in check enough to keep her out of serious trouble, but she wouldn't make her softer one bit. In fact, Surge ends up getting Lanolin to tap into her inner need to Go Apeshit now and then.

This one is just so good 🔥🔥 like, Knuxouge are your rival treasure hunters, Shadouge are your secret agent lovers, and Knuxadow are the sparring bros to lovers, and I love all three of them separately but together they just work so perfectly. Rouge respects Knuckles’s skill as a treasure hunter and archeologist, and she finds him fun to banter with, meanwhile Shadow respects his strength and his wisdom as an expert on the Emerald(s), and how they can both relate about their loner-tendencies. Knuckles shares their sentiments. As much as he wants to keep GUN off his island he'll make an exception for these two.

I imagine their dates to be so wild 😂 Rouge and Shadow taking Knuckles with them to these fancy GUN parties and losing his mind because 'WOWZA my girlfriend and boyfriend look so pretty,,,' Knuckles taking them on a trip to some ancient ruins where he and Rouge yap Shadow's ears off about history and ancient artifacts, Knuckles and Shadow being called Rouge's 'treasures' and they blush about it every time 😭😭 I'm losing my mind I love them sm
