A trap idea: Schrodinger's Box
The trap looks like a normal room, unless entered, or investigated with a DC 15 Investigation, DC 13 Arcana from someone proficient in it, or a DC 17 Perception check.
Upon the trap being triggered, the party is trapped inside the room, with an open door on the opposite end of the room from where they entered.
The goal is simple: Get to the other door.
The trap? If anyone in the party is ever not being looked at by another member of the party, they have to make a DC 16 constitution saving throw or take an amount of poison damage based on player level (Up to the DM).
To make it worse, put some monsters in the room, or some treasure. This trap works best with parties of 4 or larger!
