My original digital art Jonsa inspired by Ghost and Lady
My original digital art was inspired by a "behind the scenes look" at the Lannister twins in the early days of Cersei's marriage to Robert Baratheon. Cersei is winning the Biggest Brat in Westeros Award: Incest Edition. Poor Jaime is freshly traumatized from his "quality time" with Aerys.
(P.S. I decided to challenge my OCD by sketching this very quickly and not going back to change anything so DO NOT come for me about Jaime's monster hand! I know that it's bad!)
Robb Stark: King In The North
An original digital drawing that I did awhile ago before I had added Aegon VI into the image. This was meant to be a funny femslash drawing of Visenya (female Jon Snow) & her older sister Rhaenys (daughter of Rhaegar & Elia).
(Warning: targcest)
A piece of original digital art that I'm not QUITE satisfied with as I just couldn't seem to get Laena's skin-tone to stop working against me. But, I decided to share it anyway despite the fact that it's not perfect.
My original digital art was inspired by Cersei Lannister & the song Hands of Gold from ASOIAF/GOT.
P.S.
I realize that in the books the song Hands of Gold was written about Tyrion but I think that it can be applied here!
P.S.S.
I didn't realize that I had the blue-light filter on my device activated while creating this until I was already finished & saw that the coloring on this turned out way differently than I wanted. So the gold on her hands kind of looks more like honey or caramel. But I still thought that I'd share it.
My original digital art was inspired by the idea of the ghost of Lyanna Stark watching Robert Baratheon & Cersei Lannister obsess about her on the opposite ends of delusional longing & loathing.
Cersei's response: Do you know what people say about you? They say you are Northern wolf freak who's a less hot version of me! So don't try to act all innocent!
(Mean Girls has a quote ready to be adapted for any situation!)
An old face claim portrait I did of Phoebe Tonkin as Ashara Dayne.
My original digital art was inspired by the many aliases of PRINCESS Arya Stark.
It's time to suspend rationality & put on our Conspiracy Theory Caps!
Sooo…what if the Azor Ahai prophecy in GOT actually was about two princesses?
I know that most of you are scoffing that only one person is mentioned in the prophecy. Just hear me out! We only know about Aegon the Conqueror's knowledge of it because he had a Dragon Dream & inscribed it on his dagger. But! What if the gods that provided Dragon Dreamers with their dreams (gods of Valyria=FIRE) only informed Aegon of the part that HIS line would play? We already know that the prophecy existed in several cultures with several interpretations. How are we to know what was cobbled together and what was lost/mistranslated? Even Aegon's was mistranslated as “Prince” That Was Promised instead of “Heir”. This meant that it could have referred to Daenerys.
Another point that I think is in favor of my theory is that ASOIAF & GOT are FULL of competent females being overlooked for males. We see that motif in Rhaenys’/Visenya's roles in the Conquest becoming footnotes & with Rhaenyra being usurped by Aegon II. I think that the mystery/reveal of Jon Snow's heritage could have somewhat purposefully obscured another competent female until the end of the Long Night.
So moving on, let's say that Daenerys was the Princess That Was Promised. Okay, it fits but… Where is the Ice in the Song of Ice and Fire? You could say the Ice represented the Night King or the Long Night itself but…it's not A Song of Ice Versus Fire. I propose that the Ice was actually PRINCESS Arya Stark. It's often forgotten that Arya was, in fact, considered a princess despite Robb Stark being deposed through treachery & her own distaste for titles. But if Daenerys can still be considered a princess after her father was deposed then why not Arya? In GOT she was the one to actually end the Night King. Wham, bam, thank you ma'am(s)! It was two princesses that saved Planetos! A Princess of Fire & a Princess of Ice. Sooo…in conclusion: let's all just agree that the Song of Ice and Fire was a DUET of legendary proportions!
There…now we can all unwrap the tinfoil from our heads & regretfully reenter reality.
(P.S. if this theory is already out there making the vibe awkward then I'm claiming that the other person & I were both temporarily prophets of the same R.O.B.)
My headcanon of Sansa's thoughts in Season 8, Episode 1, "Winterfell,” when Daenerys tells/threatens her that dragons eat "Whatever they want”:
“Funny…my late husband thought the same thing about his hounds…I hope she enjoys her time in Winterfell just as much as Ramsay did in the end…”
Jon Snow freaking out that Daenerys was his aunt in Game of Thrones doesn't really make sense when you look into GRRM's Stark family genealogy...
I mean Edric & Jonnel Stark (sons of Cregan) both married the daughters of their half-brother Rickon (so uncle/niece or aunt/nephew marriages aren't taboo or unheard of)...and Jon's Stark grandparents, Rickard & Lyarra, are 1st cousins...that's just a few examples of such relationships--not even looking outside of House Stark.
I can understand him freaking out about his true parentage being hidden/revealed but if we're talking about what's canonically actually considered incest then he probably wouldn't really have been so disturbed...right?
Maybe Jon just didn't pay attention when he learned the history of House Stark?
My original digital art was inspired by an idea that came WAY out of left field.
This is Castalia Lannister, the daughter of Tywin Lannister & an original female character from House Marbrand. Castalia would have been born somewhere around 283-285 AC in an attempt for Tywin to have another heir other than Tyrion after Jaime swore/refused to renounce his oaths as a Kingsguard.
She looks pretty nervous but who wouldn't be with Cersei as an older sister? Imagine how many murder attempts she had to dodge just by the time she was five years old!
(P.S. I'm very happy with how my attempt to depict the fire opals in her jewelry turned out! Hurray for small victories!)
My original digital art of Myrcella Baratheon/Lannister/Hill/Waters (?).
My original digital art was inspired by an alternate version of ASOIAF/GOT where Jon Snow died defending the Wall while Ygritte was the one left alive to mourn him.
My original digital art was inspired by my imagining of an original House of Stark character who is the twin of Robb.
The quote comes from Catelyn's p.o.v from the books.
My original digital art of Daenerys Targaryen.
