This is one of my favorite scenes ever and it totally wrecks my every time I re-read it. Here's the excerpt from the scene this is based on in Chapter 16:

'Dick stepped up onto the ledge.

“Fly, Dick. Remember? Fly like a robin.” Jason’s little hand squeezed his again, holding him tight. “And then you’ll wake up. With me.”

Dick took another step.

“I’m coming, Jason. Wait for me.”

And he jumped off the roof.'

(There is so much symbolism I have hidden in this piece but my favorite easter egg is the clocks on the buildings facade. Each one reads a different time 4:00, 2:00, and 8:00. A reference to Batman #428 where Jason dies. Clocks are really symbolic in this fic so I kinda had to add them lol)

We both had no idea who the other was drawing until we put them together, and ended up with Hunter (The Owl House) and Maomao (The Apothecary Diaries)! Thank you Ace for collabing with me, this was a lot of fun!

This is the base we used! (I think it’s at least partially by @/mellon_soup but I’m not certain)

I’m not very familiar with Hunter as I haven’t watched The Owl House, so I have not real idea on how well they would get on, but I think in at least a professional sense they could work together?
